If we let Kyle go and he ends up with the 49ers I will be super upset. Maybe they can just pay him more money to stay. But ultimately I am sure his goal is to be a General Manager just like his dad. Very frustrating why we are taking him for granted.

Howie Roseman is the first GM in NFL History to survive three different coaching changes and not lose his job. Eagles are making a huge mistake and it makes me smile. Please remain clueless for as many years going forward as possible.

Listening to Philly sports talk shows about the firing of Doug Petersen by the Eagles. Reminds me of when we finally got rid of Gruden and Allen survived as General Manager. Howie Roseman their General Manager is a clone of Allen and he is a terrible draft person so this is great for the Redskins. Eagles have aging veterans and they are in cap hell. So glad that our team is no longer so dysfunctional. Now its the Eagles turn to suffer with a meddling owner and a pathetic General Manager. A few years ago, Eagle fans made fun of the Redskins and now karma has bit them in the butt. So Eagles fans are upset and no longer laughing at our team.

I would sign him as our number two quarterback and sign a free agent quarterback in the off season. Not sure if we need Allen. But coaching staff likes Allen a lot and may keep him as the number one quarterback if they cannot find a free agent quarterback. A lot has to do with what Alex does next. If he retires, then we can throw some of his money to a free agent quarterback but if he stays on the team then we have less money for signing a free agent guy and that would mean we would have to go to the draft to find the right guy.

Several years ago, I remember the 49ers had an assistant coach by the name of Jimmy Raye and he was awful and they eventually got rid of him.

I agree Wentz wants out of Philly because he was one of the most sacked quarterbacks this year. Yes he held the ball too long but his offensive line stunk too. Either New England or Indy would be ten times better than staying in Philly. He sees that Head Coach Peterson is fighting a losing battle with Howie Roseman and their owner Jeffrey Lurie.

For locals in the DC area did all of you hear that Steve Czaban show on Team 980 is over? He will do a show on another radio station on Saturdays from 9-12 noon only. He had been on local radio for twenty years. Just read it last night from a Google article. They had already got rid of 4 other guys include Doc Walker about a month ago. I wonder who is replacing him from 3 pm- 6pm daily? I think a new station owner is changing things around. It was probably a salary dump for them. I like Al Galdi taking over for Doc Walker. The article I read said it was a mutual decision by both parties. While Steve lasted longer than most radio guys I still think if they had offered him a longer contract he would be on the radio this Monday. So he basically was let go no matter what he says on Instagram or posted on other social media.

Jamison Crowder scored two touchdowns for the Jets today. It would be good to get him back to Washington as a free agent so he could be our slot receiver.

Smith should be our guy even though he is young. He has done a good job. The problem with most organizations in business and government is they do not appreciate their people in the building. So the talented people have to exit stage left and go elsewhere and become successful with a new organization. Some organizations never learn and since we lost so many young coaches to other teams where they became Head Coaches and they are succeeding. It just makes me sick to my stomach that Smith is so under appreciated by the top brass. The fans appreciate him but we get no vote on retaining him. Before Smith we had no decent talent evaluator in the front office since Bobby Bethard.

I think Alex wins Comeback Player of the Year and then he can ride off into the Sunset feeling that he gave it his best shot He can start his new life and has homes in Hawaii and the Bay Area. He has nothing left to prove and he has tons of money. I am sure his wife will tell him its time to leave football. If he cannot shake his competitive will, then he can see which teams want him next year but Skins would have to agree to any trade since we still have his contract. I watched Herbert on the Chargers beat the Raiders last night and the Skins need to find another Herbert if that is possible in the draft.

Deshazor Everett is out for the rest of the season. Had surgery for chest injury. Placed on injured reserve. We need to go get another safety.

Keep Reaves and Curl. Let Collins go as soon as we can get out of his contract. Giants knew Collins was done and he was definitely not worth the contract he wanted. We have to stop taking players from other teams who they do not want to retain.. When Norv Turner was our coach he hired several ex-Cowboy players who ended up being worthless.

When Turner was hired I was not a fan. But beating the Steelers was huge and I hope we can retain him especially if we acquire some more offensive stars in the off-season.

I am surrounded by a lot of Eagles fans so I sometimes listen on Mondays to their talk radio sports station WIP when they lose. Eagles have old players now and they need to fire Roseman just like we got rid of Allen. Roseman and Allen are twin sons from different mothers. Their lane is dealing with the cap and signing players. They know nothing about football or how to judge college players. I knew as soon as Joe Douglas left the Eagles that Howie drafts were going to go south on him. Doug Peterson is behaving like Jay Gruden. He wants out because the front office is telling him if Wentz is bad he has to play the college quarterback Howie drafted. Peterson can go to another team and pair himself up with a General Manager he trusts. The Eagles front office continues to make bad contracts and bad decisions. Both teams have stubborn owners who are afraid to make the tough decisions to let go of their awful General Managers. What I admired about Jack Kent Cooke was that he was not afraid to make the really tough decisions. He did not worry if people liked him or not. At 0-5 during Gibbs first year Joe was genuinely afraid of losing his job and his players thought he might be fired too but they turned it around. Then Cooke was the umpire when Gibbs and Bethard could not agree on any issue. Cooke forced them to work together because if they could not agree then Cooke made the final decision. I hope the dysfunction with the Eagles and Cowboys front offices continues and we can rely on Kyle Smith and Riverboat Ron to rebuild our team. We are much younger now and not paying veteran clown receivers like Alshon Jeffreys millions of dollars to catch one pass per game.

I thought we would miss Our old line coach but this new offensive line coach is doing a good job of mixing player combinations due to injuries.

The three I saw just before the game started were Jimmy Johnson, Michael Strahan and Howie.

Looks like the three Fox Sports experts who all picked the Cowgirls before the game were dead wrong.

I will not forget this Thanksgiving Day win. And we beat them on their home turf and we beat them twice in one year.
