fuji869
When the Cowboys scored the game winning TD was your reaction more of shock or anger? Mine was more of shock, I just stared at the TV in disbelief.
pr11fan
Shock, followed by a feeling of nausea, followed by the urge to go incredible hulk on my house.

NoCalMike
I just sat there for awhile. Heart pounding, head sweating. Re-experiencing the emotionless disbelief I have had for about five years now. I barely even broke that state of catanoicness for the kickoff. terpfan
Shock. I never expected to see our D get molested like that.
Cool Hand Loki
First time I've watched a game with my family in a while...they all just stared at me waiting for my reaction, which never really came...complete shock. For our D to keep us in so many games, and then break at the worst possible moment...that play just seemed WRONG on so many levels.

skinsfan080
Shock, pure shock. No other word to describe it, It seriously took me about and hour and half before I really relized it.
qb18_200400
A little of everything. My skins beanie went flyin, my middle finger went up, i stared at the tv with watery eyes(seriously), and I left!
terpskins
It's the damnedest thing. I was neither shocked nor angry. I guess the whole time I was subconciously preparing myself for it.
mookie0720
I just started laughing, I can't explain why, maybe so maddening I just busted out laughing.
Fifty Gut
Both. And this guy in the booth next to me called it. "How the Skins gonna let the Cowboys drive?" I'm like... "Don't mind it, our D is not letting them in the endzone." *BOOM* ...straight to the bar for 2 hours.
GOSKN5
Shock... then anger... then threw my hat and punched the concrete wall in my basement... now i have swollen knuckles and a dirty hat... and it didnt make me feel any better...
Baculus
I clenched my hands, yelled at the TV, stood up, muttered something incomprehensible, screamed something that would have startled an animal (or anyone that would have been present), kicked a nearby object...then smoked a cigarette and shook my head for about five minutes. Redskinette_Vic
Anger. My 19-month son heard a word he's never heard from Mommy's mouth before... and has repeated it all night long. Sigh!
Westbrook36
I couldn't watch the game so I was furiously hitting refresh on the Extremeskins game thread. I think the first thread I seen of impending danger was simply "NOOOOOOOOOOO". I thought, "No way they scored a TD...." I scrolled down and a few posters confirmed it. Honestly, I wasn't happy or sad. Just in disbelief.
KevinMac
I laughed. Can anyone honestly say they didn't know in their heart that we would find a way to lose this game? It's gone beyond shock and anger and into comic disbelief.
d0ublestr0ker0ll
I was shocked. Adrenaline started to flow through my body when the guy caught it, but I didn't move a muscle. I had the look of horror on my face, like I just saw a ghost. The throw to Lavernius popped me up out of the chair, but I knew it was too far for our kicker to kick. He kicked it, and it looked straight...but it died about halfway to the goalpost...I turned it off before it landed. Still in disbelief right now. sonsofwashington
First shock. Then when I saw that Springs gave up on the play I almost puked. Then I smiled because we get to pick before Dallas in next years draft. What can I say? With the way Cooley and Taylor are playing the draft pick could become a starting point for our future. SkinsHokieFan
Silence. Just silence. However, as much as I hate and despise the Cowboys I have moved on. Somehow I have. Its incredible. But as we all know football is just a diversion. We are all incredibly passionate about this diversion based on how much we talk about it, but it is just that. Bigger things to worry about. Other things that bring me down. But I was still in stunned silence
OrangeSkin
Shock...I really felt almost no emotion. It was too stunning. I bent forward and covered my wide open mouth with my hand. A tear almost ran down my cheek. It probably looked like I just witnessed a murder. But you know what? Being the eternal optimist that I am, this is just another feather we can put in our hat as "the long-suffering Redskins fans". We'll be talking about this ending for years to come, and perhaps we can forge an identiy out of our futility against the Cowboys! Worked out well enough for the Red Sox. Pots
Shock.... Then Hapiness.... Then Laughter...... Just like the Campo years, we can go 5-11 as long as we beat the skins twice. And we always do.
