Meh cannabis shouldn't even be a schedule 5 let alone schedule 3. Ketamine is a schedule 3 drug. Hell Somas, Xanax, and Valium aren't even schedule 3.

Cannabis should be treated the same as alcohol and tobacco products. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Exactly.

We are closer to folks not having to be bothered with this nonsense to get a clearance anymore.

Government Cybersecurity needs this rectified BADLY to slow lose of folks to private sector and frankly keep from falling behind nation states that could care less if APTs they harbor poof the magic dragon.

Necessary step in right direction help get people our of jail for selling weed while all these damn businesses are popping up selling weed.

Yeah, and those of us who passed tests consistently in the military had a system. My friends and roommates had me bring them booze & such while on restriction  to the ship.

I escaped without a scratch of it...Honorable Discharge.

It kept us all sane. B)

So "dude" has a new "dude", and I got double for my money yesterday.

His dad is in the hospital, probably not gonna come out (I've been friends with his parents for decades, too), nobody wanted to cook, so he asked if I could bring a pizza and some salads.  Of course, no problem.

He dumped another handful in.

Please Stop Taking Edibles Before You Go Through TSA

The last thing anyone needs is for security to be slower.

The last thing anyone needs is for security to be slowI am all for taking a little dose of medicine to help deal with the anxieties and tedium of flights. My personal preference is Dramamine, which allows me to deal with motion sickness and lets me immediately knock out while flying. So please don’t take the following statement as judgment or even discouragement. But good lord almighty, please stop taking edibles so they hit right as you go through TSA.

New Hampshire House and Senate Agree on Marijuana Legalization Bill, Governor Says He’ll Sign it Into Law

In March, the House of Representatives passed House Bill 1633 with a vote of 239 to 136. In May, the Senate amended the measure and passed it by a vote of 14 to 10. The House then rejected these changes, leading to the establishment of a conference committee consisting of members from both chambers.

Today, the committee decided to merge the two versions of the bill. The measure will now undergo one final vote in both the House and Senate before being sent to Governor Chris Sununu, who has expressed his intention to sign it into law.

The proposed legislation, if enacted, would permit individuals 21 and older to possess and use up to two ounces of marijuana (down from the four ounces in the House-passed version of the bill), 10 grams of marijuana concentrates, and marijuana products containing up to 2,000 milligrams of THC. Additionally, it would create a system for licensed and regulated marijuana retail outlets, operated by the state, with a cap of 15 stores statewide and no more than one store per municipality. The bill also includes a marijuana sales tax set at 12.5%.
