Williams and Hall

I think they both need to step up, personally. Hall because just by nature of tearing his Achilles twice, he'll need to be twice as dedicated and well studied as ever to accomplish the same level of performance as he ages, if it's even possible.

Williams, his ceiling is limitless, and injuries have slowed him down but he's physically capable of HOF-level play. We've seen flashes of that, and he's generally a really really good LT. He's capable of great, so I think even though he's potentially already our best player, he can step it up as well, and should.

Hall has been great the last few years (when healthy), so I'm okay with listing Hall. Williams hasn't reached his potential at this point. I honestly think his best season was his second, and he hasn't improved since then, and it's not because he can't.

 

Like you said, Conn, he's capable of HoF level play and he has those games, the issue with him has always been consistency. He has games where he's unbeatable, then he has games where he lowers his level of play to the guy across from him, instead of flat out dominating poor competition the way he could.

 

I guess I can't say Williams NEEDS to step up, but I certainly hope he does step up.

Just watched a space shot from the front yard, awesome actually could see the rocket gleaming in the sun with the fire coming out.  Actually watched it explode.  Thought it was stage separation, but turned out the rocket exploded.
