skinfan2k
the mets will have an advantage with the sun in the bottom of the 10th
StillUnknown
I'm usually not a fan of the bunt, but this seems like a good place to use it. Werth on first with Lobaton hitting. 2nd & 3rd, no outs   we were not good in these spots last season we better score man
Renegade7
Have gamecast on at work. Nice come back, and just saw the double steal in the 10th on Harper's strikeout. Fortitude and aggressive baserunning, liking this team's mentality already. First game, but good first impression.

Fortitude and aggressive baserunning, liking this team's mentality already. First game, but good first impression.  there was no double steal, the runners advanced on a passed ball What happened to Ramos?  Looked like he took a ball off the ribs while catching, but I'm reading a couple of twitter reports saying he may have broken a finger. StillUnknown
http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/nationals-journal/wp/2014/03/31/wilson-ramos-left-season-opener-with-broken-bone-in-left-hand/   Wilson Ramos exited Monday’s season opener against the New York Mets with a fractured bone in his left hand, according to a person a familiar with the situation. It is unclear how it happened during the game or how low he will be out, but Ramos was replaced in the bottom of the seventh inning with backup Jose Lobaton.  Ramos went 0 for 3 with a strikeout before being pulled. The 26-year-old catcher has endured a string of bad luck in recent seasons. Ramos has played only 103 games over the past two seasons because of knee surgery in 2012 and two hamstring strains in 2013.  More to come later.  Unreal, he can't catch a break (no pun intended)

StillUnknown
we gotta go get a catcher, can't ride with Lobaton.  Espinosa is the hero of the day  Yes sir, his AB was crucial. I'm sure Williams will give him a lot of post game love.
