jfriedenthal
He does INTENSE MMA training. That helps endurance, toughness, attitude, agility, balance, speed. The whole nine yards. ---------- Post added January-17th-2011 at 11:44 AM ---------- I think that's one of the biggest differences between Orakpo and Matthews. Orakpo doesn't have a proper mentor to teach him good pass rushing techniques from an upright position. Here's hoping he picks the brains of some pro bowlers if he ends up going again. Lou Spanos is a solid coach. I strongly disagree with your statement.

SkinsFTW
He's also got BJ Raji in front of him taking on double teams and still getting into the backfield. The Packers know how to draft, the Redskins, not so much.
Hooper
Great football instincts. Course, he was a 175 pound walk on at USC who trained with BFF Cushing at USC.
ddub52
I love that Matthews was most likely a roid head and he is in a commercial about helping cure a muscular disease called "duchenne" Its kind of like "my perfectly normal working muscles weren't good enough, so I injected myself with steroids to make them better. But I want to raise awareness about people who have trouble using their rapidly degenerating muscles at all"
