Morrison J
Finally the facts that have been so obvious for years are coming out. This could be a defining moment in the history of the sport, one for the better without a doubt. Will be some serious jail time served by many. Just hope Blatter doesn't get away with it. Corcaigh
England favourites to host 2018 world cup after the arrests. IF, and it's a big IF, Russia is stripped. Aside from the corruption issue, I haven't heard anything positive in the aftermath of the Sochi Winter Olympics.

BRAVEONTHEWARPATH93
Now, I know Vidal is a great signing but I have a few questions for my more knowledgeable posters 1) where does he fit at arsenal ? 2) does he have Alexis like potential?
Elessar78
Looking at Jackson Martinez scoring record—in my non-scientific method–that's a guy who knows how to score goals. Although I still like Giroud.
BRAVEONTHEWARPATH93
I like Giroud too but he needs help. Welbz is ok but he's not enough
RawBBQSauce
You can plug in Arturo at any position in central midfield, much like Ramsey. He's basically a more athletic Ramsey with better defensive capabilities.
RawBBQSauce
Vidal's current weekly wage at Juventus is half that of Ozil's current wage. I think they can offer him something in between. Seems realistic enough. Alexis being on the squad is a huge pull.
Gibbs Hog Heaven
Here's my early prediction for 2015-2016 ..... Carlo Ancelotti will end the season as Liverpool Football Club's manager. But he won't begin it in the role. Hail.
UK_HOG
'Spurs apparently want Ings too. That joint Arsenal/ Tottenham North London spy hut outside Melwood is back up and running again huh ..... ? Hail. *Edit* £ 12 million bid breaking on Sky. For that they are welcome to him. Wouldn't pay that. £12 million for a guy who is out of contract in 5 weeks? Gibbs Hog Heaven
£12 million for a guy who is out of contract in 5 weeks? And one who it appears will cost a maximum £ 5 million in compensation. Trying to get get in there before he can openly speak to other clubs. Knobheads. Hail. Elessar78
He's basically a more athletic Ramsey with better defensive capabilities. In the DC area, "Melwood" is an organization that helps the mentally disabled.

RawBBQSauce
I stand by my assessment that Vidal is a more athletic version of Ramsey with better defensive abilities. Ramsey's offensive/defensive statistics are a bit skewed on the account of him playing as a winger for a good number of matches. Ramsey is my favorite player, by the way. Elessar78
I like Ramsey. I think his play fits well with what we do. I'd like Vidal to come but I don't necessarily see him as a needed upgrade—he's just more ammo for the cannon. When he was on fire last season, he was in the discussion as the best in EPL. Sucks that he got injured.
