I started Redskins Anonymous when I was in rehab after a psychologist told me the Redskins were my "key issue". The steps are basically the same. Obviously you have to accept that you are powerless over Dan Snyder. I still struggle with that despite the fact that I haven't drank in over two years. I give this video a 9.5. The only missing piece was that there was no mention of mark brunell and his big contract extension.
