ljs
These are one of life's lil pleasures, and I have one right now. If you have never had the opportunity to try one, you really should. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shamrock_Shake neat lil article on it. Slight mint flavor and of course it's green. you have til St Patty's day to get one.

renaissance
i haaaaatteeee people that start food threads I just saw this. And I hate you. Staying on topic though, a shake is about the only thing I would order at McDo.
Peeping Wizard
I think Chick Fil A are the best chain fast food shakes. However, I think that the little independant shops are better. Places like Hovermel's in Oxon Hill, MD or John's in the Outer Banks are even better. They use some kind of soft ice cream that is out of this world. renaissance
When will people learn that shakes outside of Chick-Fil-A are unacceptable? The only downside to Chick Fil A shakes is that they only come in one size - gigantic. They are still absolutely delicious though!!! And yea, the great travesty of CFA is that they're closed on Sundays. I am always craving CFA on a Sunday!!!!!!!!!!
