Places like Hovermel's in Oxon Hill, MD or John's in the Outer Banks are even better. They use some kind of soft ice cream that is out of this world. Hovermales was the best!!! No they come in a smaller size now..where you been? As far as McD's goes..I tried their Caramel shake once..took two sips and dumped it down the drain.....bleh tasted like total ass..
