DCDOGG Posted November 28, 2008 Share Posted November 28, 2008 somewhat poignant that this happened on Thanksgiving Day, but still wasn't sure what exactly to think about that. i was gonna be on the road already to go eat turkey with my bros, so i tossed my trusty camera in the car to do my DOGGDuty for those who could not be there. saw a father and son together, and a family, and a couple of couples before SkinsLove and Respect came to relieve me. actually they there were there much earlier in the day and had returned to hold vigil for a few more hours - it was good to see them. i was hoping to get there before all the light was gone, but i think most of the pics turned out okay - i've posted them at the link below. The sign that says 'R' 12th man is the best is awesome. Really, no other team can compare their 12th man to ours. I would have thought the hurt would have subsided by now but it really has not. I would love to go and see this for myself, and hope I can have the chance to do this before it's gone again. I was hoping to head back there on Monday to see everything people bring on Sunday (I won't be at the game). I spoke with the Security guy and he did say it will be up on Sunday just like last season to say it will down on Monday...I'm not certain. It's right outside the Redskins store at gate H - which is to the left (if you're watching on tv) of the Comcast show they do live on gamedays.
