chasefan31
From a direct source:Ryan Boschetti has been re-signed by the skins. I noticed this was mentioned in the alexander cut thread. Sorry.
RWJ
I would have hoped we could have found someone with better ability than R.B., but he knows the system and that's primarily why he was re-signed again.
cphil006
RB is needed help... We have Betts back, so Alexander was the odd man out with our D-Line ailing.
BraveWarrior
I thought Boschetti looked pretty good playing with the 2nd stringers in preseason. Of course, he was playing against other teams' 2nd and 3rd stringers. What has this guy been up to since being cut? Was he on another team, or has he been doing non-football things for the last 3 months?

skinfan2k
He was on the roster in 04 or 05 i believe and he was aweful by my memories

These guys are almost always employed by year's end due to injuries.
mhensl1
Never heard of him ooo man u might hear some **** for admitting that...atleast ur honest tho..hes been back n forth with the skins for awhile now. I wasnt impressed with him a couple years ago but thought he played like a monster this preseason against the 2nd or 3rd stringers but im glad we have him back instead of alexander
chasefan31
He's just been pumping iron and staying in football shape as best he could. Buffalo called him up for a workout a few weeks ago but nothing really came of it.

Matador36
I have a feeling he'll play DE to help stop the run
chasefan31
I don't know if they'd put him on the end. He doesn't look very fast to me. Seems like his strongest asset is a good bull rush up the middle and he has good ball awareness that gets deflections. I think he blocked a fg last year's preseason by bull rushing and getting his hand on the ball.
Grimm
I always kinda liked him, he's not the most naturally gifted football player on earth, but he busts his ass out there. I have heard from a reliable source that he is super smart and plays his guts out as well
DB44
He's a big guy that will help stop the run. We will definitely need it this week.
Dan T.
I like him because when you say his name it sounds like a little kid trying to say "spaghetti" - "more buhsketty and meatballs mom".

GoSkins0721
Constant bubble-guy who always did just enought to make the final roster. High motor, average to below average skills. Decent situational player, just not good enough to play every down. I think he'll help push the guys around him to play better. Blache really liked him but the roster numbers finally caught up with him.

Blache really liked him but the roster numbers finally caught up with him. This hits the nail on the head. He's no Warren Sapp but I feel fine with him in there for a handful of snaps a game. Jason Taylor's liabilities actually worry me more than any weaknesses Boschetti has.
darrelgreenie
I thought Boschetti was looking good this preseason and was surprised when he got cut, (although i always thought he'd be better as a 3-4 DE) With our injuries i think Ryan will help, he knows the scheme and plays from hard til the whistle
redxican21
he was looking good at preaseason, of course against 2nd-3rd stringers, but I rather having him over Alexander, we need some deep there and maybe this second chance will fire him up.
