DixieFlatline
Don't look know, but we sit at the top of the heap in Turnover Margin at +5. We would be +6 if not for Randle El's fumble on the punt. I know its still early in the year, but if we keep up this type of work, good things will happen! http://www.sportsline.com/nfl/stats/teamsort/NFL/OFF-TURNOVERS/2008/regular?sort_col_1=9 update 9/30 - Still tied for 1st! Keep it up Skins!

andyburd
I was thinking about that yesterday, saying to myself, we must be up there somewhere. This is how you win in this league, take care of the ball, and play great defense. Now, if we can just stop the run, I would feel a lot better about our team

redman
Now imagine we'd gotten the 4 or 5 INT's we should have gotten against the Giants.

BigMike21
I also heard on the radio that this is the first time in history that the Redskins have opened the season with 3 games without any offensive turnovers.

Cooley4President
Never thought I'd see this with the way our defense has had trouble causing turnovers. Just two years removed from a historically bad showing causing turnovers.

JimmyConway
Hate to say it but I'm not to optimistic that we'll still be in the lead after the next two weeks.

Darth Tater
You know the stars are aligned when C-Los is making INTS! I would trade the one against the Cards for a certain one he dropped against the G-Men, though.
pjfootballer
Well, inevitably we'll commit a turnover, but the key is keeping it to a 3-1 margin for the rest of the year.
Soup
jinx, knock on wood Its amazing how blache changed the defense into this turnover machine. It would take Gregg williams defense an entire year to get those stats
redskins55
On defense... Blache has simplified things compared to GReg Williams so the players will be in better positions to make plays on the ball. Williams has players scheming which really didnt put them in good positions to make plays on the ball. On offense... Jason Campbell is very efficient and smart with the football. Our backs and receivers protecting the ball high and tight when they run. Just look at Moss when he scored on the screen. The ball was almost in his chin which prevented the linebacker behind him from poking it out from behind... Turnover Margins are a critical key to success.. Rocky McIntosh needs revenge from last year's game changing int against dallas that was called back.
