Toe Jam
Other than the crying, I really didn't think it was. But I also didn't think he should've gone in, especially before Monk. A Hall of Famer is about being great on the field and off. Irvin had so many problems on and off the field, he definitely wasn't a first ballot hofer imo. I also agree he shouldn't have gone in first but it's all over with now. Monk is going in and that's all that matters. Woot! :applause:
Toe Jam
On the other side, though, I wish they'd SHUT THE HELL UP ABOUT FAVRE!! ... They said he's leaning towards retirement again. What an ass.

ljs
Art Monk is last. I hear from a reporter He was last during the press conference last night too. If they do it the same, I think DG was 2nd, then Monk last.

flexxskins
has anyone else seen it yet? Or am I late, big time? He gets behind a wall, someone throws a football at the wall and he pushes his hands through the wall (using his instinct) and catches the ball. Pretty funny. Sorry if this has been mentioned. sircharlz
did anyone see the HOF interviews yesterday? Adam Schefter mentioned how DG had such a long career and then asked him "did you ever think you'd be around to play for Joe Gibbs a second time around?". DG replied "well actually I didn't play for Gibbs the second time." I thought that was a pretty terrible mistake by Schefter.

Irvin has shown respect for both Monk and Green today. Maybe our fans should do the same? I dunno.

skinsngibbs4life
I'm so glad my cable company carries nfl network, because espn's coverage of this is HORRID. Brett get the hell out of the league so we don't have to hear about you 24/7. Damn.
