It's an unbelievable story that has an entire community in shock. Several sources confirm a 10-year-old girl from St. Anthony gave birth to a little girl on Saturday at Madison Memorial Hospital in Rexburg. The girl was allegedly raped by 37-year-old Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez. Gutierrez-Juaraz is an illegal immigrant who is in the Fremont County Jail on rape charges. I don't think illegal immigrants end up in rich neighborhoods. A lot of them end up in ghettos. Clean up illegal immigration and you help clean up the ghettos. Seeing as we know very little about this case from these videos, it's hard to say what existing laws could have prevented this from happening. That the OP saw this story as a "rallying cry for halting illegal immigration" is interesting, as if it is somehow more heinous than it would be if the rapist was an American citizen or a legal immigrant. Existing law does nothing as far as preventing it...Fear of the consequences and pressure by society maybe....however a bullet to the brain will prevent it from occurring again. It's true that not every illegal is a child molester. It is equally true that not every illegal contributes positively to our society. I'm not sure why everyone turned on illegals like they are all rapists. The accused just happened to be an illegal alien...I mean he could have been a white middle class punk. Anyway we should all be able to hunt down pedophiles and take the law into our own hands without the fear of being prosecuted for murder. As I said once before ....after Chris Hanson lets them walk out the door those guys on Dateline should be taken behind the house and shot. This of course after they get their cookie and lemonade.
