paige3girl
I don't really know how this benefits us... they play in the rain up there all season long -- I think its a non-issue really
CrypticVillain
What's a water ban? When you can't use water for fun or water plants and stuff like that. It is basically restricting your water use and the have people driving around looking for any offenders.

Monte51Coleman
Forecast calls for whining in Dallas.Any other obvious forecasts you wanna put in here, too? Funny! At least the Seahawks won't blame a loss on the weather like Dallas did.

Here's a video taken from the outside of the last time we played them there: So, now you know why the Seahawks no longer have a dome.

mcarey032
Forecast calls for heat in Death Valley.Forecast calls for snow in Anchorage. Forecast calls for whining in Dallas. Any other obvious forecasts you wanna put in here, too? That's a good one. I think that rain will be fine. Since we play outdoors anyway, I don't think it hinders us like it would a warm weather team or a dome team. We will be fine. I think that if the Cowboys had to go to Seattle or Green Bay they would be the team in a world of hurt.
BleedinBurgNGold
LOL @ you all! We all know its depressing in Seattle and the only thing they have going for them is Coffee. My Question had more to do with what everyone thinks the Weather helps or hurts in Seattle
RedskinzOwnU
Against a soft finesse team like Seattle the rain will play to our advantage. So does keeping Brunell on the sidelines. (Sorry, I had to)
Chris0894
I guess they do not ever have water bans in Seattle, right? there were a couple times over this last summer we were limited for water due to a big drought
SKINS FAN #56
...in fact...Seattle is more of a passing team right now so this could be very good for us. That's what was running through my mind as I read these posts :applause:

Larry
Hey, if the weather forces them to try to run the ball, against our run D, that really wouldn't break my heart. But I wouldn't count on it. All the rain jokes aside, I have no doubt that they're used to playing with wet balls.
The Top Cat
Nah really the rain helps us. We are better in the trenches. So let me see if I understand your contention. The Hawks play, live and practice in the rain virtually every week. And somehow this helps the Skins? That's some kind of pretzel logic right there. Seattle is many things, but worthless certainly isn't one of them. You ought to actually visit the place. It's an awesome town. The food and the scenery are tough to beat. It's an awesome town. The food and the scenery are tough to beat. Agreed. (Brother lives in Portland). If you're into just about anything outdoors, the pacific NW coast is a great place to be. Bro says that from Portland, you can drive an hour and you're in a place where you can surf year-round (in a wet suit). An hour in the other direction, and you can ski (on snow) year round. Their football team may be a joke, but the towns themselves are really great.

As for the Hawks, they're a lot better than most here are giving them credit for. They'll be ready, and they're pretty healthy now. Should the Skins win, it won't be the cakewalk many here want to believe. Because Shaun has sucked (in fairness he has been hurt and wearing a cast almost all year) Seattle has become a pass first offense. And their recievers are very, very solid. If the Skins are able to pressure Matt, they have a decent chance. No pressure, no win. It really comes down to that IMO.
