Ji
thats a real NFL offense. They are moving the ball at will...people are open. They are creative. There is no way we should have the running game that we have and only score 1 TD. Something is seriously wrong.

Thoth
Remember, the Giants secondary is one of the worst in football. We could have done better, but also played a much stouter D.
pez
Are you orgetting that miami's defense was #4 last year and then they added Joey porter and Jason Taylor this year??? We held our own...

Farbod21
There is a big difference between the Dolphins defense and the Giants Defense... Top 10 v Bottom 5... Come on man!
Skins24
More like horrible defenses.... Edit: and 400 yards is nothing to sneeze at.
zoony
Something is seriously wrong. look behind center. Hopefully Campbell can improve. It would be nice to actually have a leader on this team. ...
O.S.F
or maybe the defense is not NFL caliber?
MonkFan8
Are you honestly watching the game and attribute Dallas' production to amazing offense? Or are you just watching a game cast or something?

TheLongshot
What I'm seeing are a couple of defenses that aren't very good. It seems like both teams are moving it up and down the field. The good thing is, it looks like the pukes aren't really that great on defense. Jason
phishisthegreatstuff
fact is we need to get better....but we would have been if moss didn't drop those passes/campbell didn't miss ona few. Also we need to get cooley more involved. Look at the way dallas is using witten. We really need to get the ball in his hands more.
SkipJackSkin
The Giants D sucks. And yes the Dallas O may be a little better right now, but we have the potential---we just have to put the puzzle together.

Pete
look behind center.Hopefully Campbell can improve. It would be nice to actually have a leader on this team. ... I wouldn't question his leadership because he made two questionable throws that were picked, and didn't feel the presure from his blind side. I doubt we would have won the game had Brunell been the starter. Yes, he also missed on a throw or two that the guy was open on, but he also had a number of catchable throws dropped. He'll get better, and didn't let anything rattle him.

RonBurgundy&Gold
While Miami D >>> NYs D, I can still agree with the thread starter. This is depressing. NAILBOMB9
Bottom line is that whatever offense they have been or trying to run since Spurrier and Gibbs has returned hasn't yielded anything in comparison to what kind of weapons we have... I'm questioning his leadership at this point because the O looked out of sync all day despite 191 rushing yards. Are you watching the Cowboys and Giants play right now? That's what an NFL offense can look like (both sides). Tempo, rhythm, confidence... JC instills none of that right now. He's proven he can throw a good looking deep ball. His pocket presence is suspect. He has held the ball waay too long on many occassions. He is missing wide open receivers. He is not converting the easy 3rd downs. I hope he gets better. Nobody is rooting harder for JC than me. But facts are facts.
Touchdown Redskins
Receivers on both offenses are finding lots of space. They are nowhere near the type of defense we faced today. Many times today, JC was just sitting back behind the pocket for what seemed like ages and couldn't find anyone open because Miami's secondary was blanketing our receivers. There has been no such instance in this game.
