Who should we pick up from other teams' cuts?

Clarence Moore and Quentin Moses please!

Moore would be interesting. Big target who showed some promise his first year in the league. He didn't build on that but there's still some talent there. I'd also take a look at Moses. If we could sign him to our practice squad that would be a good move. Other than that, not much else out there. My 2nd choice at wr would be Gabriel.....

and go get Reggie Williams. Willliams can probably be had easily for a second day draft pick.

Man that is not a bad idea. The only problem that I have that he will be in front of Els and Lloyd and they are making too much money to be a 3 and 4 receiver. I hope Lloyd does good, but if we can somebody like Williams he needs to go. But if we don't I will not cry about it.

how about keenan mcardell give him a chance to EARN a superbowl ring instead of the one he got from being on the redskins 91 team when he got drafted that same year. didn't play a down for the skins but he still got a ring.

I think that is who they are holding out for yeah he is old as hell but I wouldn't be suprised if that is who they are going after. The redskins coaching staff brought up his name awhile ago so why not. Or they could be going after Antonio Brown if he isn't on another team. Or they could be going after Corey Simon He is still a free agent too I think. Or why not convince Antonio Pierce to come back, lol. That would be nice but to hell with that we got London Fletcher.

We should really look at Buster Davis, Quentin Moses, and a big possesion receiver. I am really surprised Davis got cut. I thought he was going to be a really good pro. Not only would Moses fill a need for us but he would also go along with our supposed youth movement.

Utah Utes baby, here we go...

on a serious note, yes we did draft him, i believe he was a 3rd round pick. They had high hopes for him but he couldn't stay healthy.

Russell also could not catch.

How about DE Kimo von Oelhoffen?? I also like Moore a lot. Anyone know what happened with Moses?

IMO, we need to find a few good D-liners. I've highlighted in orangesome possible D-liners of interest (some for the DE spot, and maybe some for Boschetti's slot, or practice squad). Here is what I gleaned from the most recent NFL cuts.

ARIZONA CARDINALS: DT Jonathan Lewis

ATLANTA FALCONS: DE Nic Clemons, DE Paul Carrington, DL Darrell Shropshire; DT Tommy Jackson

BALTIMORE RAVENS: DT Anthony Bryant; DT Atiyyah Ellison; DE Bill Swancutt

BUFFALO BILLS: DE Mike Schneck; DE C.J. Ah You; DE Corey Mace

CAROLINA PANTHERS: DE Dave Ball; DT Gary Gibson,

CHICAGO BEARS: DT Antonio Garay; DE Copeland Bryan; DT Tory Collins, DE Chris Frome

CINCINNATI BENGALS: DT Kenderick Allen, DE Xzavie Jackson; DT Matt Toeaina

CLEVELAND BROWNS: DL Melila Purcell, DL Chase Pittman; DL Babatunde Oshinowo; DL J'Vonne Parker

DALLAS COWBOYS: DT Remi Ayodele; DE Marcus Smith

DENVER BRONCOS: DL John Browning, DL Steven Harris; DT Jimmy Kennedy

DETROIT LIONS: DE Claude Harriott; DE Justin Kurpeikis; DT Cleveland Pinkney

GREEN BAY PACKERS: DE Larry Birdine,

HOUSTON TEXANS: DE Victor Degrate; DT Cedric Killings; DE Alfred Malone; DE DelJuan Robinson

INDIANAPOLIS COLTS: DE Bo Schobel, DE Ryan LaCasse; DT Ramel Meekins

JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS: DT Joe Anoai; DL Walter Curry; DE Tyler King; DT Seth Payne;

KANSAS CITY CHIEFS: DE Michael Heard, DE Montez Murphy; DT Kiki Gonzalez, DT Patrice Majondo-Mwamba

MIAMI DOLPHINS: DE Mkristo Bruce, DE Jorge Cordova;DT Brian Soi

MINNESOTA VIKINGS: DT Conrad Bolston; DT Howard Green; DE Khreem Smith

NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS: DL Rashad Moore, DL Santonio Thomas, DL Zach West

NEW ORLEANS SAINTS: DE Anton Palepoi,

NEW YORK GIANTS: DE Tommy Davis, DE Marquis Gunn; DT Tui Alailafaleula

NEW YORK JETS: DL Bobby Hamilton, DL Michael Haynes, DL Kimo von Oelhoffen

OAKLAND RAIDERS: DT Anttaj Hawthorne; DE Quentin Moses; DT Josh Shaw, DE Dave Tollefson

PHILADELPHIA EAGLES: DT Jeremy Clark, DT Mauricio Lopez, DE Marques Murrell

PITTSBURGH STEELERS: DE Ryan McBean, DE Shaun Nua; DT Scott Paxson

SAN DIEGO CHARGERS: DE Andre Coleman, DE Keith Grennan; DT Louis Leonard; DE Derreck Robinson

SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS: DE Sam Rayburn

SEATTLE SEAHAWKS: DE Brandon Green; DE Nu'u Tafisi; DT Eric Taylor

TAMPABAY BUCCANEERS: DT Darrell Campbell; DT-DE Julian Jenkins; DT Ellis Wyms

TENNESSEE TITANS: DE Josh Savage, DE Jason Hall

WASHINGTON REDSKINS: DT Matthias Askew; DE Alex Buzbee; DE Justin Hickman; DE Renaldo Wynn.

I noted that there were a few 2007 draftees that didn't make the cut. Some were considered as decent selections back at draft-time. Comments? Are any of these worth looking into? My choices would be Raiders Quentin Moses, Carolina's Dave Ball, or Indy's Bo Schobel.
