Commander PK
Now this is funny! 'Duct tape' bandit charged in robbery 8 minutes agohttp://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070814/ap_on_fe_st/odd_duct_tape_bandit;_ylt=AjPsWC2rVx1Cdxxi0EsmTHsZ.3QA ASHLAND, Ky. - Laughter might be unexpected in a liquor store where a robbery just occurred. But that's how employees responded to the "Duct Tape Bandit" who hit Shamrock Liquors in Ashland and fled nearly empty handed. ADVERTISEMENT A man who had his head wrapped in duct tape to conceal his identity walked into the store last Friday, police said. Store manager Bill Steele had some duct tape of his own, but his was wrapped around a wooden club that sent the robber fleeing, according to a report by WSAZ-TV in Huntington, W.Va. Store employee Craig Miller said he chased the man to the parking lot, tackled him and held him in a choke position until police arrived, the station reported. An unidentified customer also helped, police said. Kasey G. Kazee, 24, was charged with first-degree robbery. Kazee, in an interview with the TV station, denied he was bandit who robbed the store of two rolls of change. Kazee pleaded not guilty Monday in Boyd County District Court and was ordered held under a $250,000 cash bond. ___ Everytime you think you've heard it all...people surprise you one more time! Can you imagine how bad that's gonna hurt when he goes to take it off. A mind is a terrible thing to waste.

Commander PK
How is he denying that is him? Are you kidding? I would put nothing past a guy who thought it woud be a good idea to wrap a roll of duct tape around his head. He's probably convinced himself that it wasn't him.
Larry
How is he denying that is him? Now, sir, how could you possibly be certain, beyond any doubt, that you didn't tackle some other guy who was running down the street with his head wrapped in duct tape? Larry
What we need here, to encourage the guy to plead guilty, is a court ruling that, when the case comes up for trial, the only way the witness can positively identify the defendant for the jury will be for the court to order the defendant to cover his head in duct tape again. For the trial. In order to make it a fair identification, they should require the defense attorney to cover his head in duct tape, too.

Great idea, but I think to do it right, they will need a full line-up, to make sure the witness can identify the perpetrator. They ought to pull a few of the molesters out of isolation and cart them down to the station.

drums and skins
An update... http://my.break.com/media/view.aspx?ContentID=350320 I don't know guys. This man seems to have a solid defense. How can you deny that super ****ing un-sound, most ri****ulous testimony the world has ever heard? Part of the entire story is right there. His story is straight (as richard simmons). Prosecuters would be dumb to not persue this case. I can't see him not being thrown in jail. (simply for being scum of society)
