Veretax
All right this is an attitude survey to see how us ESers feel about the upcoming 2007 NFL draft.
Mass_SkinsFan
I selected option "D" - "I hate draft picks, is X_team on the phone I want to trade for y_player" Where "x" equals any team not based in New England or Dallas and "y" equals any high quality defensive tackle. G.A.C.O.L.B.
The suspense is killing me. Seriously. I wish this **** would hurry up and get here. I like our options though. We can go in so many directions with it. I'm not sure I've ever looked as forward to a draft as I am to this one.
Veretax
I admit I like our options regardless of what we do, I know not everyone feels that way though
Chump Bailey
I admit I like our options regardless of what we do, I know not everyone feels that way though I'm pretty confident overall. I think we have a chance to add at least one quality player on defense that will help this team come September.
Gilligan28
There have been so many rumors and trade talk that I hope we do what many people thought we were going to do originally. Trade back for more draft picks. We can adress 2 or 3 needs with out having to worry about a #6 pick being a bust. a #15-#25 first rounders come with less "bust" baggage and if we can get a 2nd rnder that can produce and develop in to a pro bowl type player we would for once look smart
WileCoyote
They need to move the draft up like a week or so,this is to long to wait.......

Grimm
I feel pretty good about the draft this year, if we stay at 6 we will get a solid talent with great potential, if we trade down there should still be high quality players there and some depth issues can be addressed. CaptChaos86
I feel like we are in a good spot and we have to be careful with our pick. I think we could get some good offers to trade down, but i feel like the ball is in our court and other teams may want that 6th pick badly. G.A.C.O.L.B.
Draft? What draft? I don't know how to tell you this so I'm just going to say it. You're going to 'Nam buddy.
brianm23
Our owner is the kind of idiot that can't let money or draft picks sit in his pocket without the constant urge to burn them up. He's impatient and his choices are spontaneous and irrational. He'll fook this up as well. Best bet is to wait to the day of the draft with your ducks in a row so you'll know how to conduct business the day of. Trading up gets more expensive the day OF the draft, so why show your cards now?
Siven
i want to trade down to 8-10 or so, grab that early 2nd rounder, get Jamaal Anderson and Tank Tyler. i'm all for tradng down
santana_4_prez
As long as we don't do the Briggs trade, I'll be happy. Wouldn't mind trading down for multiple picks.
Gusthecat
No trade, D Lineman at 6, then move on. Beefed up def. line, improved at lb, improved at corner. Can't expect much more. Leave the 2008 drafts alone.
skinsfan67
their are many good players in this draft, we should be able to find 1 no matter where we end up. Well at least we can hope...
Veretax
I find it interesting that over 33% of the voters thus far think the front office will find a way to screw this up. That's basically 65 approval rating if you ask me... hrms. I didn't think it would be that bad.
angel2
I think Joe Gibbs and company will ride hurd on getting the player that this team needs to make us more competitive than we will last season. The element of sursprise is keeping me anxious for this milestone to get over with sooner than later. :point2sky
MrJL
I think we'll get a good pick, hopefully two. Despite the information that lately trades haven't happened much in the draft I think they'll be able to drop a few spots and get an extra pick or two. PCS
I have mixed feelings. I would very much like to see the Skins draft up high for DL. Someone who could come in fairly quick, (for a Williams D), and make and impact. However, knowing the BPA scenario plays into it, I'm wondering what may happen there. It doesn't seem as though there are alot of teams interested in trading up right now, (and what few there are want a steep price), so it appears now as though the #6 will be the Skins pick. Then again, draft day could be a surprise. That's a wordy way of saying that I'm curious more than anything else.

I don't like watching baseball on TV and the Masters is already over and Tiger didn't win. I need this draft to get here ASAP!
no1fanofno21
i can't wait for this to be over so everytime i check out sportscenter there isnt a new mock draft. Jesus, does anyone care this much about the draft that doesn't happen for many weeks.
pjfootballer
I took "A". I think we're in a good position. Sit on the pick, let the players be taken off the board, and then let one fall to us. Peterson, Quinn, Landry. Then see what the trade market is like. If no good offers come our way, use the pick on DL.
pjfootballer
Yeah, now that March Madness is over, I don't know what to do. I don't like watching baseball on TV and the Masters is already over and Tiger didn't win. I need this draft to get here ASAP! Only thing that pissed me off about the Master's is, all the headlines read, "How did Tiger lose the Masters," instead of "Zach Johnson wins the Masters." I mean, was Tiger SUPPOSED to win? Is he SUPPOSED to win everything? Makes you wonder if golf is fixed. Reminds me of when ESPN kisses the asses of the Yankees, Cowboys and LaBron/Kobe.
