3) Oasis- Don't Believe the Truth (an album that nobody has or respects, but is absolutely incredible)

I have that album, it is an excellent album, not one I'd choose though.

1. Master of Puppets - Metallica

2. Countdown to Extinction - Megadeth

3. Sgt Peppers - The Beatles

4. Best of Tom Petty

5. Best of CCR

Metal:

Judas Priest - Unleashed in the East...invented the stuff

Strapping Young Lad - City...welcome to the future, it's heavy!!

Nevermore - Dreaming Neon Black...The Shining for your ears

Black Sabbath - Sabotage...the best album ever?

Megadeth - Rust in Peace...the trashingest ever

Non-Metal:

Public Enemy - Nation of Millions...the deepest funk, the hardest rhymes

Black Crowes - Amorica...THE rock album of the last 20 years

Led Zep - Physical Graffiti...godly

Pink Floyd - Animals...the best guitar playing I've ever heard

Fiona Apple - When the Pawn...pure pop perfection

I could easily name 20 more of each...

I'd have to say:

1. Led Zepplin- Houses of the Holy (I know cliche, but so good)

2. Incubus- Morning View (Incubus is perfect if you realize you no longer have hope because probably would keep me the happiest as long as possible)

3. Nas- Illmatic

4. Jay-Z - Rasonable Doubt

5. Fleetwood Mac- The Dance

My 5 would be:

Coheed and Cambria* - The Amory Wars

Coheed and Cambria - The Second Stage Turbine Blade

Coheed and CAmbria - In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3

Coheed and Cambria - Good Apollo, Im Burning Star IV: Volume I: From Fear Through the Eyes of Madness

Coheed and Cambria* - Good Apollo, Im Burning Star IV: Volume II

These two albums havent even been made yet and I already know that they will be amazing. Plus these 5 albums put together tell a complete saga and therefore they need to be kept together. Good apollo II comes out this summer, can't wait. But yeah that is my 5

Ok, this is tough, but I'm going to go with:

1. Hanson - Middle of Nowhere - MMMBop on repeat

2. Spice Girls - Spice

3. *Nsync - No Strings Attached - Bye,Bye,Bye on repeat

4. Backstreet Boys - Millennium

and for my final CD....

5. Aqua - Aquarium - Barbie Girl on non-stop

This mix alone should have me rescued in a matter of minutes.

Well, you can't go wrong with that cd either. "A Small Victory" and "Easy" are damn-near essential on their own. It was basically The Real Thing or Who Cares A Lot....tough decision.

Off the top of my head

Common Sense - Resurrection

BDP - Criminal Minded

Black Star - Mos Def and Talib Kweli are Black Star

Stevie Wonder - is it cheating to say greatest hits? If it is, then toss up between innervisions and songs in the key of life.

Michael Jackson - Thriller

There's lots of others that could have been in the five, it's not really a clearcut top 5 or anything

So many choices... so few selections...

1) Jay-z - The blueprint

2) Jill Scott- Who is Jill Scott

3) The Roots- Roots come alive (Ill probably be hallucinating from starvation and dehydration, so might as well feel like im at the illest show to ever come to stage)

4) Outkast - Aquemeni

5) Goodie Mob - Soul Food

Metallica- Ride the Lightning

Dr.Dre - The Chronic

Forrest Gump - Soundtrack

Areosmith - Greatest Hits

Billy Joel - Glass Houses

Id like to be able to have one form each genre of music...Id like a good country CD and a POP album to add as well..but I stuck with the 5:logo:
