Keep Gibbs in the FO if you must for sentimental reasons, but don't let him make any personnel decisions. Just give him an office and a golden parachute. This team is an embarrassment and a disaster and new blood is needed to have any hopes of turning it around. First and goal at the 3 - Not giving it to the RB who has 170 yards is the final straw. I will say I'd much rather have us lose in this kind of way (fighting back) than the Atlanta and Tenn. games. But we need to learn from these mistakes. You just gotta score touchdowns. way too many penalties, that's all on the players.
