flexxskins
IMHO he is starting to look like one of the few bright spots on the defense as the season winds down. Thoughts?
Califan007 The Constipated
He's really picked up his game, although that might not be saying much lol...He's definitely a bright spot, if not as bright a spot as we had hoped. Still, I'm glad the "Carter is a bust!" threads have seemed to have waned a bit...
Killerbo
Oh, oh you might be going on the No new thread list...there is a Defense thread for all discussions about the Defense...sorry buddy.
DWinzit
A sack and 11 tackles, that is huge! It's late, but he is finally beginning to earn his keep!

TheBigLebanese
Definately had his best game of the season, along with Golston. Man he made some plays today.

Darc Requiem
Yeah Carter was giving Wayne Gandy all sorts of hell today. The reason Carter only had 1 sack and not 3 is because of couple of Gandy holding calls. Glad to see Carter improving and starting to play the way the F.O. thought he would. Califan007 The Constipated
It was one game. Carter's been playing consistently well for several weeks now...this just happened to be his best game of the season.
dg28daman
These last three or four weeks he has been playing like a stud. He was a project when he came here, we just didn't want to admit it. He still has a lot of learning to do. But the man has definatly worked on his game.

TaylorPickSix
He is definitely playing better. Now we just need another rusher to go on his opposite side. Gaines Adams would be amazing but I think the only way we get him is if we go 4-12. I'd say trade down and take the Notre Dame kid. Golston was a steal in the 6th round. He was monster today as he has been all year and should be a starter for us for a while (hopefully).
Califan007 The Constipated
11 games too late No such thing as "too late"...considering that Carter's improved play did not determine the outcome of any of the games, I'll gladly take his arrival whenever it comes this season...because the season has pretty much been squandered for the most part. At least we can somewhat realistically start to believe we have an emerging stud on the D-line (along with Golston...that guy impresses the hell ot of me)... luckydevil
He is starting to play well. Seems like he is getting comfortable playing DE again.
TorresA
well lately AC looked decent, but you can say that about all people on our team... has a few good games. But to be a great team all players need to show up every game. As a skins fan I hope he keeps it up.
phishisthegreatstuff
yea...looks like the FO only made one mistake this offseason and that would be signing AA. this offseason we need to draft a DE. and hopefully cut some guys to make some room for a cb or lb in free agency. Other than that I wouldn't change a thing. Except for maybe giving JG back play calling duties. Maybe. not sure.
Long n Left
Carter has played consistently better the last 4-5 weeks, and not surprisingly so. He had not played DE for 3 years due to injury and being moved to LB last year. The guy is a superior talent, and well worth keeping...Now, as for Holman, Marshall, Jansen, Rabach, Daniels, Wynn, Springs...

I am especially satisfied in is emergence given the fact that there were so many threads here before the season started that were expressing concern over Carter's overall health issues.Hey, my avatar changed. :applause:
