The tough part is, if we lose 2 games and finish 10-6 we have a 7-5 conference record...it looks like barring a late collapse, Minnesota will get a wild card slot and has a tiebreaker over us by virtue of the way they are playing and a relatively easy schedule. That would mean that the 2nd wild card would be between the 2nd place finisher in the NFC East, and teams like the Falcons, Saints, Rams, or Panthers...all of whom we play and MUST beat head to head to get in at 10-6, because our conference record isn't that strong like it was last year.

So the good news in a sense we have a chance to make up ground, bad news is that we have almost no room for error and a very tough schedule.

To get to 10-6, we'd have to beat all 4 of them, which would give us a tiebreaker regardless of our conference record. Even if all 5 teams had the same record.......

That's strange how they have an injury update so quick on Tiki Barber, yet they havnt given us a clue what happened to LaVar, who was hurt much earlier

Prognosis on LaVar - he got his feelings hurt, they had him in pass coverage, rather than letting him just run down the field at will.

I agree. We have to play sound Redskins football. Nobody expected us to go 5-0 down the stretch. If JG, AS, and GW can get this team to turn it up. Anything can happen.
