So Jones has 7 carries for 14 yards against the Seahawks 1st team? That's 2 yards a carry The NFL average is 4 yards a carry So you are happy about 7 carries for 14 yards against the Seahawks 1st team defense because.... He's not impressive at all. Him impressing you is not important and I am sure he could care less about. Him 1. Leading his team down the field consistantly 2. Getting comfortable with his weapons 3. impressing and gaining confidence from his coaches and teammates. ARE WAY MORE IMPORTANT THEN YOUR ARMCHAIR OPINION. When Offenses do well in the preseason it is always a good thing - when defenses dominate is when you need to take more grains of salt, imo. Nobody is happy because of that. The league MVP is averaging 2 yds. per carry as well vs. our 1st team D. Maybe you're reading too deeply into this. I'm listening to the ENTIRE game via online stream and Brad Scham keeps saying Romo sits to pee back WITH ALL KINDS OF TIME? Bill will still be extremely critical towards any area that needs improvement as he should. Yeah I heard The Dallas announcer say something like that as well, :laugh: when Romo sits to pee took a three step drop and throw, with 3 3rd team DL in the backfield. Again Drew isn't going to play that way... and add the fact he holds on to the ball forever... So far they have only shown one good run blocking play.
