He did, but it was a team effort. He made me feed him as he played. not one of my prouder moments.

:rotflmao: I can't believe you admitted that on a message board, that's hilarious. One of those things you look back on, and you're like "What the......."

There's a level in the first Medal of Honor for the PS2 where you need to escort a guy through the level. I'd never die but he always got killed. I had to stop playing the game because that bone-head would always die.

Hake yeah, I know w hat you are talking about. Took me bout a month to get past that board. If I play that board again it will take me two months to beat.

One game seris I can not beat is Metal Gear, I hate that game but I love a good challenge. Anybody got some tips on Snake Eater?

I'm going to say Kid Icarus. I think that's the game I'm thinking of. I remember it being nearly impossible.....

I've beaten Kid Icarus numerous times. The best thing to do is in the first dungeon, go to a room near the healing pool where these things are flying around that leave big hearts when you shoot them. I saved these hearts up and bought a bunch of healing potions. When you get hurt, go and heal yourself in the pool. Then go and shoot some more creatures. After you beat that dungeon, before you advance to the next level, it'll tally up your points. Your health bar will jump up several bars because of the points you collected from killing all of those creatures. Then the game becomes much easier. It's just kind of hard when you start out because you only have one block of health.

Some of the hardest games to me were:

1) Ghost and Goblins

2) Ghouls and Ghost

3) The final boss in Metroid Prime on the game cube. It took about 30 minutes of straight intense button mashing and concentration to beat that thing. Seriously, it took that long.

4) Friday the 13th. I could never figure that game out. Jason would kill the kids before I could save them. It did kind of scare you when you were in a cabin and he pops out of nowhere trying to kill you. My brother beat it. He said it had something to do with finding the strong weapons or something.

5) I can't remember the level, but in Castlevania 3 on the NES, there was this part that drove me crazy. I was trying to jump up these falling blocks and kept on falling off. I think there was medusa heads or something that kept on knocking me off.

You CANNOT BEAT JASON. You have to throw rocks at him for upwards of 2 hours before he dies. Basically, if Jason catches you in that game, hit the reset button. Seriously.

If I remember correctly, my brother said you have to get the pitchfork. I think he said something about Jason's mom's sweater too. I'll ask him the next time I talk to him.

I remember getting in that damn canoe trying to paddle across the lake to save a kid in a cabin. They gave you no time at all to get there. The kids always died. The dude who programed that game is a butthole

I agree w/ Ninja Gaiden, once you got to the jungle stage it was crazy difficult

Megaman 1 was hard as hell once you got to Wily's base....damn yellow monster.

On the subject of megman, I've recently been playing Megaman X6, that should be submitted to this list. Apparently they decided that rather than making the game fun, they'll just make the game as annoyingly tricky as possible. You basically have to attempt each section of each level several times in order to figure out how to get through it without dying, then you have to be lucky on top of that. Ive managed to make it to the last couple levels, but now its so frustrating I don't even feel like finishing the game.

Getting there is a pain. There is the select glitch with the elec beam.

Gate's stage... :redpunch:

The worst part was the part before High Max, Everything comes at you, and it sucks. I got through it, but it's painful.

Dead or Alive 4 for Xbox 360. yeah...I completed all the story modes, unlocked all the characters, but yet I get my arse kicked constantly online. I have never cussed out my tv due to a game so many times in my entire life. (poor tv/controller) If you play me online...beware...i cuss constantly...lol :)

Alright, I read this whole thread and it wasn't mentioned anywhere. I'm reluctant to tell you goobers because one of you might make it a life's mission to beat...AND IT CAN'T BE DONE (or can it?)

PIT FALL, for the original Atari

Crowned the hardest video game ever. (but I heard some kid in Jersey beat it)

PIT FALL is impossible to beat, trust me IT CAN'T be done.

Festers Quest for Nintendo is another ridiculously hard game.

Lion King for SEGA pisses me off.

Earthworm jim for SNES sucks.

Final Fantasy VII WITHOUT strategy guide, impossible.

I remember this game for NES that I think was called Xenophobe that I could NEVER figure out. I just remember going through what seemed like endless amounts of doorways, which never led to anything. Maybe I was just retarded as a child, but I couldn't figure that one out.
