skin_finatic
Well I am furious right now and don't know if this thread is up because the site is so slow because its busy. Antonio Brown fumbled against the Bears and was cut.
MeNoRevs
I hope so, but its kinda hard since L. Betts gets hurt so frequent.

jimster
he whiffed on a block that led to a sack as well.
Leonard Washington
i don't think so. he made some key blocks and ran well as relief. besides gibbs gave him another carry after the fumble. @ jared allen
FarEastBeast
Well, I want him to be cut, but I think Nemo should be cut as well for that kickoff return.. shameful
endzone_dave
Rock's fumble most likely cost the Skins the game. It will be interesting to see if Gibbs is consistent with his philosophy about tolerating mistakes.
dfbovey
If Gibbs is gonna be consistant. Then yeah, he'll be cut.
TASPM
possibly cuz we have Broughton, but i dont want him to be cut, hes good on special teams
D'Pablo
That was by far the costliest mistake of the game, especially when we had momentum on our side.
jimster
I hope he at least gets deactivated for a game.
sircharlz
we should keep him for special teams - but he shouldn't get on the field for offense again. the difference with him & A-Brown is that Nemo is useful in other aspects
KingGibbs
When you don't get that many chances you have to take advantage of them. Rock didn't do that today and he was clearly out matched on pass protection.
CurseReversed
he is the only 100 percent healthy back we have right now broughton is an untested rookie of course he wont get cut
Joey T
Only thing that saves his job is s/teams. I would not let him carry the rock again. He has cost us before with his fumbles as a rb.
Ignatius J.
I think this game has shown that in game performance is not what leads to decisions by this coaching staff. Brunell can turn the ball over 100 times and he will NEVER be benched. Rock can fumble away the game and still be handed the ball. Arrington, Ramsey, McCants. It's all about the practice field I think. It's not a bad philosophy, so don't go thinking I'm saying gibbs is wrong. But the decisions about who plays seem to have little to do with what happens on the field.
Metalhead
I don't think Rock should be cut. I mean on the fumble paly he was tackled by like 3 guys. I'm surprised he survived.
panel
If Gibbs is gonna be consistant. Then yeah, he'll be cut. If Gibbs was consistant, Ramsey would have been our QB that game.

Rock isn't a rookie anymore, he should know better than to not cover up the football with both hands, ESPESCIALLY since this isn't the first time he's caughed it up. iheartskins
If we weren't so banged up at RB right now I'd say yes. Maybe... But just like CB with Jimoh--(a) there's no one out there who knows our defensive system and ( that is going to be better than him.
Bang
If Gibbs is gonna be consistant. Then yeah, he'll be cut. This depends more on whether they think they can do better with Broughton. You don't just cut a guy for punitive reasons on a whim, or to maintain a fan's view of consistency. Cutting a Kick returner is a bit different, especially when you have two other experienced KR on the squad. If everyone was cut for making a mistake we'd never get anyplace. When a guy is cut for screwing up, you better be damn sure the guy taking his place will do better. James Thrash makes cutting Brown easy. Broughton makes cutting Cartwright hard. ~Bang
