    We have currently played 6 of the top 11 rush teams in I think 7 of our games. It's not like our guys haven't been playing good rushing teams, but even with that they are still one of the better run stoppers. And most if not all of those teams have a better passing attack to worry about.

    I don't disagree, Southgate is a detriment. You look at their squad top to bottom its very talented but they recently haven't played that well. It wouldn't shock me to get a result against them, but Aaron Long against their attacking players makes me very nervous.

    Why are you in a world cup thread if you don't watch soccer? Really looking forward to this tournament, USA should make it out of the group, but the Wales game is a must win. Got to start off strong to put us in good position. A win gives us a good chance to qualify. England is one of the most talented teams, but aren't playing well, so while unlikely it's possible to get a result against them. My biggest concern is Aaron Long starting at LCB.

    You start messing with their own, bringing them into this mess, especially a young guy recovering from being shot, and maybe that's the last straw before they speak out more. Let's go!

    How about the reporters don't subject Ron to questions about it, if they are concerned? They can control that, they know he's not involved, they know he won't have an answer.

    Yeah. He could buy the team by himself and build the nicest stadium and facilities in the league without batting an eye.

    One of the best chances of getting Dan to sell would be getting to Tanya. Perhaps the boos like people said threw her and she wants no more part of it and that was the final straw.

    Yeah. If I remember correctly during the press conference Rivera didn't really say McCain had a "good game". He was going through guys and when he mentioned McCain he said he did some good things. It stood out that he said it differently, but until we start benching players that aren't doing their jobs it doesn't matter. With how the offense is looking we just need the defense to not be absolute ****. Below average would be fine.

    Giants win on Titans missed field goal and suddenly they are dangerous in the East with Daniel Jones. Meanwhile Wentz throws 4 TDs and we are expected to not only lose to the Eagles and Giants but the Cowboys without Dak.

    Yeah its a problem. They won't do it, but if guys aren't listening and are hurting the team they need to be benched even if their last name is Sweat or Young. Maybe that would get it into their head to play how they are supposed.

    Yes they did adjust, but I felt like it took about half the season before they did which seems unacceptable. Heck, everyone knew from the get go that Collins should have been in the role they moved him to. I of course may be remembering the time frame wrong, but it shouldn't take Del Rio that long to change it.

    Sure that's ideal. What is so frustrating is everyone could see it wasnt working last year so why didn't he adjust? This worries be going into this year, if he is still insistent on it will he do that again this year?

This segment they complain about him playing short in the first preseason game and want to see him take more shots. More evidence the national media is clueless and has no clue what they are talking about.

    He completed 62% of his passes last year and that's also his career average. I don't see any reason to think this season will be any different and I have a hard time being overly concerned about that completion percentage even if I would prefer better.

    We are right. Its never been about is Wentz a top 5 QB, not even about top 10. Its been about the media and Colts trashing him and acting like he is the worst QB in the league and has no business playing even ranking him below some QBs that would love to have his performances. Looking at the QBs in the league right now he is a top 15 QB to me, understanding there may be some disagreement with me but at worst he's top 18. I am not counting Watson in my count because of his off-field issues and him being unlikely to play.
