  1. https://www.nbcsports.com/washington/football-team/chad-johnson-tips-waiter-963-each-terry-mclaurins-receiving-yards Ocho Cinco is a fan. Calls Terry a "more polished version of me." Game recognizes game.
  2. You are entitled to your opinion. I see a difference between development and lack of production. I also realize that the evidence of development is useless if you don't know what you're looking at. Some fans choose the cynical experience and that's cool.
  3. Something special? The amount of attention offenses are giving to slow him down is something I've never seen for a rookie. It's pessimistic to ignore this while he is still leading rookies and pressures.
  4. If you look at the learning curve for an NFL DE, Young is developing fine. He will get your stats. The difference between a sack and a pressure is a split second so being in position so often, so early, is a clear good sign. If he were 5th on that list, I could understand concern. We are complaining he isn't far enough out front in 1st?
  5. Stay loyal through his growing pains, but yeah, he has to keep learning.
  6. Pass protection the OL has been decent, but I still see too many blown assignments and free rushers. Run blocking the OL has been embarrassing. They set the tone for our team getting bullied week in and week out.
  7. Honestly no I didn't know he had an injury. What was it?
  8. AGG is taking longer to contribute than I had hoped. Steven Sims also seems to have less of a role than many expected. I had decent expectations for both guys coming into the season. Surprised Cam is finally contributing more after a couple of years of hype and letdown.
  9. If we had a better secondary, we could play more press coverage to take away quick throws. Quick throws are what teams are using to neutralize our DL. We don't have the secondary to counter that right now. Chase has been close on sacks all season but if the QB can just throw a quick curl or out every snap, he won't be getting the stats people want. I definitely should add our LBs lack of coverage ability as well. They get torched in the middle of the field. This is the ultimate team sport.
  10. Don't let this be another Trent Williams situation where we let a HOFer walk with no compensation. Either convince him to continue in this rotational role(where he has actually been productive) or get some value for him. I am still annoyed when I see Williams tossing around defenders for SF but we got nothing. Personnel management is another weakness we need to improve.
  11. Do we want a Matthew Stafford situation with a guy surrounded by trash? You ain't winning with JUST a QB either.
  12. I want a Left Tackle if we are top 5 or a MLB if top 10. Bringing another QB in is pointless. You already see our fanbase annointing Lawrence a savior. He's not. Even the great QBs have teams around them but we still think a magic QB will save us. It's a setup for failure.
  13. This hurts to look at. Literally 3 of the top young offensive minds were in house and we let them all go for this.
  14. Arizona is a receiving corp. San Diego is a receiving corp. Buffalo is a receiving corp. When you compare our roster to rosters that have actually acquired and developed talent, all we really have is a WR. Lol Matt Ryan and Atlanta is another team that's stacked with weapons. If Ryan can't win with Julio, Ridley, Hooper(before FA), Freeman(when he was good), and Gurley, what do we expect him to do here?
  15. If we had decent coverage LBs and Safeties, our DL would be top 3 in sacks. We aren't seeing how good these guys are, because of how imbalanced our defense is built.
  16. He needs to be used as a robber in the middle of the field, given a flat, or sent on blitzes. He doesn't need a deep 3rd or half in any snaps, and very few in man other than maybe blitzing to the RB. Fans would love him in that role.
  17. I couldn't understand what Collins was doing there. Stem to split the WRs to give yourself a chance. He was too far inside the entire time, and he bit on the post like he forgot to watch the outside route. He doesn't look comfortable in that 2.
  18. Collins needs a DC willing to scheme him i to his strengths. He can't do everything, but he can do a few things well.
  19. Great push but Kerrigan can't give up contain like that. Unless someone else was supposed to replace him, that's too easy.
  20. I'm definitely looking at LBs available in the 1st round next year... next piece to the puzzle
  21. Bostic with the easy read to drop under Beckham and covers grass instead...
  22. No his OC needs to be on him for that one. Has to trust his eyes, but he was still worried about the under coverage.
  23. We take the lead back after the rough 2nd quarter.... I like the response to adversity, but still things to improve on.
  24. I understand caution, but you gotta trust your eyes and put that on him.
