Carr has had 9 years to move up to great from good. He has got paid great money too. He has one of the best WR's in the league, top RB, better TE than wash had this year, better OL, Were is the value? Ready to give up high draft picks ,40mil, add to cap? How is he going to fare behind Wash OL? His backup came in and played one of the best games for them all year at his spot. He is not coming here on the cheap either. Why would you come to Wash. to cut your career short like the others.

Is it safe to say you can add those two to the list of the 4 busts for this year. And that all 6 teams were screwed by them this year 2022. How about all the busts Washington has had. Those teams on the top have really good OL's too and that needed to be stated Their Backup QB's can hold the fort down with a good OL too. Went about it the wrong way.

Also You can say by the numbers the OL was good a couple years ago, but the pass blocking still was not there, when pressure came they folded. Is that a coach thing? I want Howell to succeed, I do not want the OL to be forgotten again.

For everybody in here that wants Howell to succeed it will never happen per history if the OL and or coach is not fixed this offseason. Even Brady cannot overcome a bad OL in Tampa with very good WR, RB in the fold.

How do Philly, SF, OL rank? They can win with backups. It's always the QB that gets the blame in wash. but every year we have a new one. We have a great OL coach right? numbers do not lie? But the blitz comes, no one gets blocked, the QB gets smashed whatever team, makes no difference. It's the play calling? Its the QB, Let's get rid of them. 2 biggest plays in Giants games were unblocked blindside hits near the goal line that changed both games. But the QB fumbled one and got sacked on the other it's his fault. How can you call pass if you cannot not block when they bring pressure?

Fans were signing that Hay Hay Goodbye song late in the game and I am thinking it was directed towards Dan. If true the fans deserve a stud performance award.

The highlights were real this time, strange game could have been a big blowout. 2 missed field goals, missed extra point, pick in endzone.

One thing that stand out about the game is Cowboys 3 and outs, 10+. Team had 10 at one point per game announcers. Secondary was all over the place. Shut down the boys running game too. Patterson gave the O a quickness that was missing all year at RB.

Numbers? I watched the game, he played better than the numbers. Dull treat QB's are the know, D-players are so fast, big, quick and OL cannot block them anymore, They have to have a qb who can get the ball out quick, escape, run to offset. He has a lot of those things. They need to add new numbers that tell the story. QB's that played baseball sometime in their life do better, they can slide, they can throw side arm if needed or junk throws around someone. they have the side vision from being on base while looking Forword. The exact opposite of RGS great speed but straight line no wiggle, did not know how to slide, got crushed. Taylor has some of these things too and maybe the reason he has stuck. Because he can do those things his % should move up big time from 99%. Just my opinion though.

Taylor looks like a bargain at on that list and he is a backup. Sign Mike White and throw in the mix with Howell? Draft a no.1 from Florida with a 53% pass comp? Draft a lower QB and throw in mix. sign one of the top castsoffs for 30mil plus.
