The streaker could be seen in the outfield during the third inning. After an unsuccessful attempt to climb back over the outfield wall, he ran across the outfield and jumped over the third base line wall. The streaker was tackled by a fellow patron of the game on the grassy hill along the third-base line. The man told officers he had been looking for snakes earlier, and there were snakes in his pants. He was identified by police as Marcus-David L. Peters, 24, of the 6700 block of Dartmouth Avenue. The shooting took place near the I-95 northbound on-ramp from Chamberlayne Avenue in Richmond following a short pursuit that began following a hit-and-run. Shortly after 5:30 p.m., Peters was observed driving a sedan that struck another vehicle at the intersection of W. Franklin and N. Belvidere Streets. Peters fled the scene in his vehicle, according to police. An RPD officer pursued Peters northbound and onto the I-95 on-ramp. Police said that Peters lost control of his vehicle after he struck two other vehicles on the on-ramp. Peters emerged from his disabled vehicle and ran into the northbound lanes of I-95. He was not wearing any clothes. Peters then ran back towards the on-ramp and charged the RPD officer, who deployed his Taser in an effort to disable Peters. It proved ineffective, so the officer fired his service weapon, striking Peters, who was unarmed. Peters was transported to a local medical center where he died shortly after midnight. Maurice Castanedo was arrested on a charge of burglary with aggravated battery, according to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office. The incident took place at about 6 p.m. Friday in the 9000 block of Kiowa Drive, the arrest report said. The residents called to report that an unknown naked man had broken into the house. Castanedo either opened or climbed over the back gate and then went through an unlocked door to enter the residence, deputies said. He started yelling at the victim and "bowed up" as if to fight the occupants, the arrest report said. A resident threw Castanedo out of the home. Castanedo grabbed a rake and struck the resident several times, deputies said, inflicting "minor" puncture wounds and breaking the rake into pieces. The occupant then took a hammer from their pick-up truck, chased Castanedo down the driveway and struck him three times, deputies said. It's the one Fort Worth cops put out last September in a case they called the "Trinity Trails naked bike rider assault." Cops say he was naked on a bike when he caught a female jogger and assaulted her. "He seriously assaulted a female that was out on the trails causing pretty significant injuries to her. She was able to fight him off which is kind of a testament to her." said Sgt. Chris Britt of Fort Worth Police. At the time, they said he was 5'10 with a thin build, brown hair and no body hair. Turns out, cops say it was actually Justin Lacey Ray. He's 21 and cops say he was homeless in Fort Worth. They got a tip earlier this year and caught up with him in Atlanta. Xavier White, 21, was arrested around 4 a.m. between Dixie Boulevard and West Lincoln Trail Boulevard in Radcliff, according to a police citation. The allegations said White told police his reasoning behind being nude in public was so he could be a “peace drinker.” The citation indicates that White asked officers where he could purchase methamphetamine. (AP) — A Georgia man is accused of breaking into an Augusta home, rummaging around and then jumping naked into bed with two residents. It says they fled the home with Lindner in pursuit. It says responding deputies found Lindner lying in a roadway and he fled. Authorities approached again, and an aggressive Lindner was pepper-sprayed to no effect. Lindner then tried to enter a law enforcement vehicle, was hit was a metal baton and arrested. The report says Lindner admitted to being on methamphetamines.
