Skins24
Thoughts? This thread is a waste of space. 1. This is a Redskins message board. How do you think people will respond? 2. Do you honestly believe that?

stevenaa
"Todd has been in the NFL for one more year (2000 for him, 2001 for Moss) and has played in more games...but still" This is no small difference. Show the breakdown by years played.
Art
It's a pretty meaningless comparision. Moss has only seen the field as a regular receiver the last two seasons. His first two years he started three games. Pinkston has been a starting receiver in a pass-centric offense for four years. He's started 62 games and played in 78 or so, right? Moss has started 29 games and played in 51. Moss averages nearly 3 catches per game played for 47 or so yards. Pinkston averages 2.3 or so catches per game played for 36 yards a game. There's no real comparision between the two, and Moss is just 25 and has already put up a 74-catch, 1,100 yard season, while surpassing Pinkston's BEST yardage total TWICE already, in both years he's been a primary starter. the big slim
Here's the difference........Redskins want Moss so they sign him to whatever they can agree to....They didn't want to pay that much, especially after the Coles fiasco.....They were in a bad situation and had to pay...
