I didn't see the 2007 game in the OP and that's as close as they came to a win in recent history.  Tough game with the ST tragedy surrounding the game.  Here's hoping they're due and a win is in the cards come Sunday

The thread focuses on only road games at Buffalo. We actually beat them at FedEx in 2015.

fyi, there actually was (at least) one other game played against the Bills in Buffalo which deserves little, if any, mention but is worth bringing up here in this thread.  I can only give an approximate year, which was around 1972 or 1973.

It was a pre-season game (hence not deserving of any real mention), and the Bills had just completed the construction of a new stadium (I believe where they still play today).  This was the inaugural game for that stadium.

The Redskins won the coin toss and elected to receive the opening kickoff.  Herb Mulkey (a seldom used WR but a return specialist for Washington) took the kickoff and christened the new stadium with a 100+ (?) yard return for a touchdown.  As I recall, Washington won that game.  Maybe someone with access to that piece of history can look up the exact details.

Yep. That was part of the 4 game winning streak to win the crappy division. That was a fun game. Back when we still had djax, garçon, Reed. Score was 35-25 i belive.

i remember during that game, a few minutes after the 2nd half started, the clock was at 0 for a good 5 seconds before they snapped the ball, and there was no delay of game penalty. My dad and i were sitting there screaming at the tv 😂😂

3 of our next 4 opponents have OWNED us in recent memory. Buffalo, Atlanta, and KC. Hoping we can break one of these streaks of futility.

4 of our next 4 opponents have actually, but i dont blame you for blocking out the 2018 game against the saints, following our week 4 bye week. That MNF game where the saints stadium had a party for brees mid-game.

our most recent game vs KC was close though, came down to josh doctson failing to come down with a TD catch on MNF in 2017.

The new turf installed before last season in Buffalo is artificial and there didn't appear to be many fans at their home game this season. These are two factors of ‘home-field advantage’ that are lessened. Maybe that’ll help us this game when comparing our performances of yesteryear.

Yeah 2018 is true but at least we won there in 2012 and won at FedEx in 2015.

We’ve gotten wrecked home and away versus the other 3 my entire life lol.

But I’ll definitely take a W over the Saints any day. They’re always at least decent.

The last time we beat Atlanta was in 2003. Since then they have beaten us 6 times. Time for that streak to end.
