carex
Can anyone remember a time a QB threw an INT on fourth down? I've seen it come close a few times but really any smart DB would just knock the ball down
PokerPacker
If they have daylight ahead of them, why not pick it off and try for six or at least a decent return?
Warhead36
I've seen it happen quite a bit. I always wonder why they don't just bat it down but obviously catching a pick just feels better and of course guys probably have escalators in their contracts for reaching certain stats so a pick could mean an extra half a mil in their pocket. abdcskins
Yeah I see it all the time. Can't think of a specific play but I've seen picks on 4th down before.
wysknz1
Caught up in the moment? Plus they probably have a contract clause for INT's fo more money
Riggo-toni
If it's Brett Favre in the playoffs, it's inevitable.
Momma There Goes That Man
I see it often. It doesn't make sense but I can't blame them when things like pro bowls and money are tied to statistics
DCSaints_fan
If it's Brett Favre in the playoffs, it's inevitable. My all-time favorite, obviously
