Nothing Danny does is less than perfect. IT'S TIMING.  Anyone who sees percussion knows it's TIME . It must be precise, and some songs don't call for flash, just a timekeeper.

When I was young (in the '70s) we took a summer vacation up to Maine and there were 6 of us packed in a station wagon us kids sitting in the way back no seat belts (luggage was on the roof) and we spent the trip up playing 8-tracks.  Among those that got repeated on the way up was America's greatest hits.
