I just don't see the Redskins passing on Young, almost regardless of the trade offer and any Tua-talk is just a smoke screen. Barring an offer from Miami that includes all 3 of their first rounders, the Redskins will do the safe (and smart) thing and take Young. I say all this because only once have I seen that kind of offer in a mock draft and I took it just to see how things shook out.

 

This draft, while not realistic, would make me dance on the ceiling. One could argue that each player taken up until about round 6 could either start or at least be a rotational piece/top back-up for this particular team.

Frankly, I'm not sure who most of these guys are, but my limited research made them sound like good values. I know how unrealistic it is for Trevor Lawrence to slip to the 11th pick (which is why I traded up to get him).

Admit this is my first time, and apparently I have a lot of research to do, but feel ok with myself picking 14 overall (actually think we'll be top 10 but for the sake of the game.... )

I thought this draft was even better than my last one, especially given that I didn't have to even trade up to land Lawrence (which is obviously so incredibly unrealistic for him to fall to pick 14). That and I wound up with a total of 10 picks and I was able to hit on all of them.

 

Lawrence is the jewel of this mock, but Pitts in the late 2nd would be an immediate upgrade at TE. Asante Samuel Jr. would be a steal in the 3rd, Mayfield could project as a possible starter at OT and Coxie has the production that could make him a viable WR2 in this offense. RB Borghi draws interesting comparisons to Christian McCaffery. Just sayin...
