They're worse than a team that jettisoned all of it's NBA caliber talent except for their three developmental prospects, and intentionally assembled one of the worst rosters ever. Webster is the only salary close to Jack's that would make sense to deal, but Brooklyn would have no real incentive to take Webster in exchange. They'd be trying to dump long term salary and Webster has the same amount of time left on his deal. Though Billy King is a bad GM. And I think Webster does have a team option for the final year that triggers if he misses too much time.
