MattFancy
14 is about right. We'll find out more in the coming weeks when we play the Eagles, Packers, and Colts
Thirtyfive2seven
that's unexpected but accurate. To this point in the season the skins are better than the pukes, but not so sure about the Giants and Eagles yet.

I figured we would stay at 14, but I thought that they would have the Eagles and Cowboys ahead of us still.

CrypticVillain
no link?.... Knew I forgot something..... link in OP now. I have another bone to pick with this, I think the Rams are the best of the worst 0-2 teams. They should be ahead of the Panthers.
HailToTheRedskins14
I think we are much better than the Eagles. Just not impressed with them. Vick might be decent or even good in spot duty, but I don't think he can do well for an extended period of time. And Korn on the Kolb is like a deer in headlights. Maybe I'm premature here, but he doesn't look like he has the infamous "it". Looks closer to Jason Campbell than Donovan McNabb. I think we sweep the Eagles. Might lose @ Dallas. The Giants are the team to beat in the division right now.

Mackdaddydean
The Giants are the team to beat??? Can you explain why? Yeah I was just about to ask the same thing. The Giants looked like crap in their win against Carolina and they got smoked by Indy who got beat by the Texans. Giants have not exactly established themselves. Eli has been making bad decisions and their defense sucks.
Oldskool
14.Redskins 1-1-0 Mike Shanahan can't blame Albert Haynesworth for losing the game against the Texans (Clayton) This simply has to be one of the dumbest statements ever uttered from a person who works at ESPN, and the still have Lenny the Hutt on staff. But these rankings can change every week because none of these teams are clicking on the level that they should be.
HailToTheRedskins14
The Giants are the team to beat??? Can you explain why? Really by default. Dallas is already in a hole and I don't think Philly is very good. I meant more of for us, NY is the team to beat. But even looking at the division as a whole, I would probably say the same. NY has the experience in their system while we're in year 1 of all our changes. I don't think it would be impossible to win the division, but second place would be a heckuva turnaround regardless. I see what you are saying, but like I said, things could change weekly. After two weeks, I don't know how the rest of the season will turnout. And that is how it is suppose to be because it has only been two weeks.
Rodriggo
I hope we get into a BCS game. Power rankings mean nothing guys. This is the only ranking that matters: 1.Washington 1-1 2.Philadelphia 1-1 3.New York (G) 1-1 4.****** 0-

So you don't think Philly is very good based on their performance this season, but with the Giants you're basing it off of their experience in the past?!?! You can't ignore the Giants poor play this season and acknowledge Philly's when making these conclusions. Skins are the best team right now. ddub52
I like that we are playing the number 31 team this Sunday. Not that these rankings really mean much. We were also 14 last week and managed to stay in the same spot after a loss.
Peeping Wizard
Huh? Why was Haynesworth even brought up?? Because Haynesworth and McNabb are the two biggest Redskin-related stories in the media. Annoyingly you would think that the game McNabb had would make him worth the mention and not Big Al, but alas...
