However, I only see them on low-budg channels (NHL network, Versus) during hockey telecasts. How many people in Northern California follow the Caps, much less Mike Green? It seems like a waste of money to me. We get an occasiaonal Jack In The Box commercail on those same channels in the Mid-Atlantic. The first time I saw it I couldn't believe that a current Redskin was featured in it. That Joe T. commerical might have been for Colonial Penn, or a similar life insurance company. If you're watching Hockey during the regular season, you know who Mike Green is regardless of who you root for. That's why Geico got him, and that's why that commercial airs pretty much exclusively during hockey games. Just like the Verizon one with hockey players in it.
