Sorry, problem with your claim is that it's got the same problem Burgold's reference to the butterfly ballot "stealing" the election (there's no evidence to even imply any evil intent whatsoever), and an even bigger hole:

So, 48 minutes after the polls closed in most of the state, and 12 minutes before it closed in the western panhandle, the Voter News Service called the state of Florida - and that dissuaded up to 15,000 from voting?
