addicted
Arizonas odds look tempting to me, so vegas thinks the Pats will win this year huh?

Califan007 The Constipated
Dallas is 9/1? Wow! They should be more like 90/1...
TD_washingtonredskins
So, the Cardinals came a sack away from winning it this year and they are 30:1. We miss the playoffs after nose-diving in November/December and we're 35:1. Weird.
Thinking Skins
They should be more like 90/1... I really see them collapsing this year...big time.

We miss the playoffs after nose-diving in November/December and we're 35:1. Weird. The Cowboys continue their annual December/January nose dive, and then throw a nice little team implosion on top of it just for kicks...and they're 9/1 odds. Even weirder. Mark The Homer
Considering there are 32 teams, 35:1 seems about right.
Audible_Red40
Anyone know what the Cardinals' odds were last year of winning the SB? I do believe it was 50/1. I read it online during the week off, but can't remember where.
Thinking Skins
So, the Cardinals came a sack away from winning it this year and they are 30:1. We miss the playoffs after nose-diving in November/December and we're 35:1. Weird. I can understand that line of reasoning, i mean we finished in similar stature, their division is getting stronger, and they just barely made the playoffs, and there is a big question of how good their defense will be next year and how good their offense will be (if Warner doesn't return). Another thing that surprises me though is the Eagles being 18/1. I'd have thought that they'd be up there with the Giants as the top two chances from the NFC. Audible_Red40
I can't access that site here at work. Is it legit for odds? Sporting News says Vegas has us at 25/1. And the list wherever they got their info from is totally different. http://www.sportingnews.com/yourturn/viewtopic.php?t=513768
Never4get#21
Im not suprized. I wouldnt bet on the Skins to make the playoffs at this point much less the SB. This will all change after FA transaction(Boulden to Iglles/Giants?) and the draft. HTTR
Skin'Em84
I say put 10 on the Lions. They get a miracle, you get a grand. They don't OMG YOU LOST 10!..... Unless there's some minimum bet...
Skins PR
Another example of the media disrespecting us for no reason... We'll be the ones laughing come next February. Anyone else notice how we haven't seen a post like that in a while? Another sign that the fanbase is wising up.

Skins-Canes-Mounties
So based on these odds, if we beat the same number of teams as the number of those that we play with lower odds, and we lose to the same number of teams as those that we play with better odds, we end up 5-11. Laron Burgundy
Cowboys win the media bowl a 3rd straight year. That's technically a dynasty. And also, bucs over us? Give me a break. Same with the saints. 3rd and 4th place in their division the past two years and the media ranks them just slightly behind the panthers.
Warhead36
You have to understand that when Vegas assigns these odds(and with point spreads as well)it's based on how they project the betting. Of course they figure most people will bet on the Patriots and Cowboys for whatever reason.
Skins-Canes-Mounties
I agree. Lines are based on public perception. Cowboys will typically have better vegas odds to do well because they have such a large fanbase. But a huge part of public perception is how well the public thinks that a team will do. 35-1 is not so good.
