Forehead
I say let's stop talking about the playoffs and just win a game.:2cents: I'm going to agree here, why don't we scale back our goal a little and try to win a friggin game first, before we start talking about winning out. However, as far as your schedule goes, I see losses on Dallas and Atlanta's schedules, but that Philly game is sticking out like a sore thumb on ours. No way we're favored in that game right now. And the way we're playing, I don't think SF is much of a guarantee either, though Frank Gore being out would help.

ntotoro
Sheehan on Monday Morning QB said we need to win out and the Cowgirls and Falcons need to each lose one and we're in! YES!!! So we can go one and done!!! What are the chances this team can win the next three under Zorn? About 0.0000001%. That's not being a pissy-poo, that's being realistic. This team is no good. Losing four of the last five is not a good sign.
Captain_Sap's Skins
What's the point of this, really? We can't score 14 points a game...if we make the playoffs, big frickin whoop....we'll get annihilated.
USS Redskins
I wonder what it would take for people to stop talking playoffs. I guess a loss in cincy would do it... probably not. Bengals 17 Skins
Gibbs Hog Heaven
the hard part is us winning out...the other part will take care of itself The hard part is winning A game, PERIOD! The most damning thing I can say at the moment is I'm not confident we can win in Cincinnati next Sunday. CINCI-FREAKING-NNATI for crying out loud. The playoffs are a MILLION miles away so long as this offense remains so, well, OFFENSIVE! Hail.
TD_washingtonredskins
Right now, it really doesn't matter. I guess if we win 2 road games AND beat Philly, we'll be on a roll of sorts...but any team in the NFC playoffs should have an easy time with us in January. WVUforREDSKINS
Cincy almost beat Dallas Cincy tied with Philly Cincy took NY to overtime (How are they playing the NFCE so well?) Whatever, 3 in a row or we don't go! We win out and we will be in!

ThePreciating
There are actually realistic scenarios under which we can lose a game and get in. The biggest stretch it requires is Cleveland beating Philly. That's a stretch, but it's not a ridiculous stretch. http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/playoffscenario?algorithm=custom&14=40440504&15=55410154&16=41550455&17=11014400

CounterTrey75
The question was asked, what are we going to do if we make the playoffs? The same question was asked last year when the Giants backed in. You never know.
estrella117
Aww my koolaid is starting to ware off! I don't know how much more of the bad o line play I can take! Game after, game it is clear that are offensive struggles are because of the o line. The funny thing is are line played better when Randy and Jansen were out and Fabini and Heyer were in last year when we could only run to the left. That is F'ing pathetic!!!!!!! Stucon
The NFL just posted updated playoff scenarios and probabilities. For the Redskins to make the playoffs the following would have to occur: a) Campbell gets benched by Coach Zorn - 10% chance Campbell gets the stomach flu and can't play - 15% c) Campbell slips in the shower and breaks his hip - 5% d) Campbell gets tripped in the shower and breaks hip - 60% e) Snyder arranges a private jet for Campbell for the next game and has it fly the opposite direction - 20% f) Campbell plays well and connects on several long passes - 0% There you have it - straight from the NFL official site. TrumanB
I see us finishing 8-8 (only beating the Bengals). I really cannot see a scenario where we can beat the Eagles at home. 2 reasons 1) it's at home 2) it's against an NFC East opponent at home. Yes, this is how far this team has fallen. When the Skins are eliminated, then they won't mention the Skins when it comes to playoffs. AS long as they are in it, then they can legitimately be brought into the playoff discussion; even though many here don't think we will.
