"Hollow eyes"

"More power to ya"

That was there old stuff....Not as rockier as the generation I listened too,but very good just the same!

Here is their later stuff with John Schlitt(spell?)lead singer(my favorite of the Petra era....)

"I am on the rock"

"Love" (very sad song)this one is for your lady...must listen to the lyrics

"Whole world"

I'm not as familiar with more of your modern christian music, but if there is anything you want me to hear....show it hear and I'll check it out!

I love all music as Boston is my favorite band ever,so I'm not some bible thumper guys, but I do appreciate ALL music if it's good!!:)

But I bet some young guys might want to hear, what I grew up too and I consider it pretty hard to beat!

I hope you enjoy!

Feel free to post some U-tube stuff,if you want us to hear it....Yes Black Sabbath,Dio,Danzig and everything is welcome...I love it all..(well,if it's good) :)

Stryper(those who have never heard them)

"Honestly" (if you never even heard of Stryper, you probably have heard this song but just didn't know who it was...)

"Soldiers under command"...(their practicing here)pretty cool actually

(scott Ian of Anthrax plaing with Stryper)

"You know what to do"...(my personal favorite)

Stryper and Petra?

Maybe I'm just too young (I listened to Stryper in high school a little) but IMHO Living Sacrifice is the best Christian band ever. I am slightly biased though as my band opened for them back in the day.

As I Lay Dying is pretty amazing also

Norma Jean is also one of my favorites

My son is a Demon Hunter fan.

Red is pretty damn good too.

I'm glad to see that Christian music, rock in particular, is finally getting to a stage where it has the same quality as mainstream music.

I had any music being referred to as "Christian" because the connotations, but I'm glad to see it coming around.

Actually, interestingly enough, in the hardcore area it can be argued that the Christian bands are the ones that are the best. With Underoath, Norma Jean, As I Lay Dying, and Demon Hunter Christian hardcore is doing just fine and there are lots of other really good bands.

As for Red, I am looking forward to seeing them this summer. I also get to see Skillet and Thousand Foot Krutch the same week. That's a good week.

Red will be down here and I can't wait. I wanted to drive to Orlando the end of this month to see Demon Hunter/Living Sacrifice, but with gas the way it is, that doesn't look too good :(

Skillet and TFK, is that a leg of the Comatose tour? Decyfer Down is on that too and they are a great band as well.

Nope at a music festival.

I have to be at the stupid festival the same night LS/Demon Hunter is in Cleveland. I have been a LS fan since I was 14. I am quite bummed that I am unable to go. I wish I could bolt to go to the show but I don't think the students I am responsible for would have happy parents if I did. :(
