tr1
Hamlin, Tank and now we hear Pacman wants in...all attracted to a team that hasn't won a playoff game in twelve years. Does the 'star' blind the personal issues in the NFL world? My guess is that Jerruh feels comfortable with guys who have criminal histories... Report: Jerry Jones "intrigued" by Pacman Jonesby Dave Halprin (Grizz) Fri Mar 07, 2008 at 05:21:39 PM EDT Clarence E. Hill drops the news that's sure to start the rumor mill rolling. While there is a long way to go in [the reinstatement] process, [Pacman] Jones might have a willing suitor in Cowboys owner Jerry Jones. According to a source, Jones has asked a few staffers about how Jones would fit with the Cowboys. There is nothing more to it because the Cowboys are prevented by league rules from talking to Jones or his representatives. But make no mistake about, the Cowboys owner is at least intrigued by the possibility that he has brought it up to staffers. http://www.bloggingtheboys.com/storyonly/2008/3/7/171844/3770

AAARedskin
The "thugs" were kids and pre-teens when Dallas was winning Super Bowls with the Troy Aikman crew. So, for the most part the first team they remember being a champion is Dallas. This is part of the attraction, as is how the media props Dallas up every season as THE TEAM to be on and to play for. Jerry Jones was HANDED 1st and second round draft picks over a 3 year period by morons on the Vikings staff back in the early 90's, but yet the media ignores this fact, and talks about Jerry Jones like he is the greatest football mind ever. The Detroit Lions would have won 3 or 4 Super Bowls as well had they had that many picks over a 3 year span!

DirtySkin21
It's because they know its more tolerated there. And the cowboys will take chances on players like that. It's a high-risk, high-reward type thing. They have been known for that for a long time. I am in no way a cowboy fan, but if you wanna say a bunch of thugs play for one team it would be the bengals.. and not because of chad johnson. DirtySkin21
'Cuz we got da White House baby. Actually, we have the 'white house'. We also, are the capital of the united states, and our mascot is indians who were here way before the cowboys... I wanna know one thing... How are the COWBOYS americas team?? Everything points that we should be americas team.. Dallas isn't the capital of the USA. The cowboys didn't find this land, and the president and all that cool **** happens here. The only thing that happens in texas is drunk mexicans passing out in your yards, and crime.

You know Shaun Smith, former Bengal has come out and said Chad punched Marvin Lewis and swung on Hue Jackson one time. Don't know if it's true, but you may not want to give him the benefit of the doubt so fast

"No, he's not accurate," Jackson said. "And if Shaun did say that I'm a little surprised because, first, Shaun doesn't work in Cincinnati anymore. zoony
I don't think Hamlin is a thug. He got in a fight. PacMan is more like a repressed 18 year old who finally got away from his parents than he is a thug. Tank Johnson? That's debatable.

He got in a fight.PacMan is more like a repressed 18 year old who finally got away from his parents than he is a thug. Tank Johnson? That's debatable. There have also been some other developments in the investigation surrounding Hamlin's altercation early Monday morning. Seattle police are now investigating the murder of a man who may have been directly involved in the incident. A police department spokesperson confirmed detectives are investigating the death of Terrell Devon Milam, who – according to claims Milam's family has made to police – is one of the men who scuffled with Hamlin outside "Larry's Nightclub." Milam has not been positively identified as one of the men who engaged Hamlin at the club, which is located a few blocks north of Qwest Field. Milam was found shot to death in a Seattle park Monday morning, a few hours after Hamlin's altercation at the club. While they insisted the fight has not been linked to Milam's death and couldn't confirm Milam was at the club during the fight, police have not ruled out a possible tie between the two incidents. There have been conflicting accounts regarding Hamlin's assault, in which he suffered a fractured skull and blood clot and was immediately taken to the hospital. While Hamlin has told police he can't remember what happened during the fight, his girlfriend told police that Hamlin got into a fight after accidentally bumping and then arguing with another man. Security tapes from the club have been turned over to authorities and appear to show Hamlin as an active participant in a confrontation before the fight. Authorities won't release any details about the identities of individuals on the tapes, but multiple Seattle news sources have reported that other Seahawks players were at the club the night of Hamlin's fight. No other players have been accused of being participants. Hamlin's agent announced Tuesday that Hamlin has retained a Seattle-area attorney. http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slug=cr-notebook101905&prov=yhoo&type=lgns
