Most people think it's a Detroit Tigers hat because of the D, and I guess because of the fact that it's blue.... A true fan (even one who was light in the loafers) would find another black hat and wear that with his shoes, instead of a Yankees hat. Not a black hat, but hats of pretty much all their other colors. Well, he does hang out with Red Sox fans who wear Yankees hats. :laugh: Not the same person. I'm not the OP. Whatever friggin' color it is, its not the ONLY hat in that particular color. :laugh: I've never asked him about it, but if I had to guess why he's okay with the Yanks hat it would have to do with him being very big into the NY undergrad hip hop scene. He's a fan of New York in that respect but he hates the Yanks with a passion. I guess you can't understand if you don't know him. He considers the hat a fashion accessory which is completely independent of the baseball team he follows.
