BayouBrave86
EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) -Philadelphia Eagles halfback Brian Westbrook, offensive tackle William Thomas, cornerback Lito Sheppard and safety Brian Dawkins were all inactive for Sunday night's game against the New York Giants. http://sportsline.com/nfl/gamecenter/preview/NFL_20070930_PHI@NYG Uh, does Philly still have a shot? tr1
If Westbrook is really out, I'm thinking it's for a few weeks... I'm pretty shocked he's not playing.
JoeGibbsIsMyHero
That's a ton of injuries. I still say Philly wins the game. The Giants are terrible, if the iggles can pressure Eli and stop the run they win big.

praise_gibbs
24-13 Giants * If Westbrook doesn't play. 28-17 Philly* If Westbrook plays.
KiwiSupaFlyNuka
Giants win this game. And the Giants led the league in injuries the last 4 years, I do not feel bad one bit about playing a less than full strength Eagles team. No one ever felt sorry for the Giants. Capt'n Obvious
Its going to be tough for the Eagles to win without Westbrook. Giants - 24 Eagles - 16 :logo:

Chachie
I'm hoping Ward and Burress both play great games on their way to a Giants loss. Those two players are on my fantasy team and I'm mad at the G-Men for beating us last week.

I need Eli to light it up ( :rotflmao: I mean.. it's possible) and I need the Iggles Defense to get little to no sacks, INTs and give up a lot of points. I should do very well this week if those things happen. :fingersx:
KiwiSupaFlyNuka
If the Giants pass-rush plays to their potential tonight, the Giants win this in a laugher. I'm not worried about the Giants offense scoring points.

tr1
The Bucs won again today...Garcia looks very good. If McNabb looks bad in a losing effort, it's gonna be ugly in the Phlly press...regardless of Westbrook's status.

TheFan
I wonder which McNabb will show up. If McNabb is okay I think Bucky can give them enough to win. It will probably be another barn burner though. TheFan

bubba9497
Why don't NBC get the real rocker to do this opening just get Joan Jett  that is why the MNF opening rocks, Hank is doing his own song, and it works, when ABC had "guest" performers do it... it just stunk
doncherry
is there any worse pre-game than NBC's cluster **** everybody on that set just seems totally uncomfortable, no chemistry at all. In terms of the game itself, the Giants should win in a cakewalk if Westbrook is out. 28-10.
