    I can understand where you’re coming from, but if we’re going all in on a one of the Rodgers/Wilson (maybe carr) QBs I wouldn’t hesitate to throw an offer at Adams. We’d basically be saying we want a Super Bowl time now, stack the roster.

    I just hope that assuming our FO wants Jimmy G, another organization values him more than us and offers something better. Either way, I’m along for the ride and will hope for the best.

    Let me try. You really need to let the fantasy of a backup QB coming here to be any better than what we have go. We all want the same thing. trubisky, Heinicke, and Allen aren’t the answer. What I do know is that I’d prefer a rookie.

    So then what makes trubisky worth it? You want to use him as a stopgap while we groom a rookie, but we don’t need him for that.

    I’ll take question marks over trubisky. That dudes exclamation marks in all the wrong ways. I have friends who are bears fans. Hard pass. Never understood why people think these QBs who have sucked in the past will all of a sudden be worth the time of day to take a franchise anywhere except where they’ve been for a long time

    No one picked him up in any of my leagues, but I’ve thought about stashing him on the bench. I kinda wanna wait until week 2 or 3 to see how he does.
