  1. It's been more than just a one week drop, but appearing to be a pattern. Remember Denver vs Dallas ?
  2. I am happy, that he was unhappy. Tells me he is not lacking confidence at all, in making a long kick, that could decide the game, even with little experience behind him. I have a feeling he'll be clutch,
  3. Yea, I meant South. Ever since they added a 4th Division to each conference, I sometimes get them confused
  4. This was supposed to be a low-scoring game. That's what the media predicted. He goes against a Defense that was ranked #1 against the pass ! He's with no viable offensive receiver weapon beyond McLaurin, with our #2 receiver out, and our #1 AND #2 TE out, leaving a 4th round rookie as the TE starter, and a backup TE who never played football at any level before now. And an OL with the RT down, and the #1 AND #2 Centers down, and at one point we were down to our #4 Center. And a RB with Fumblitis and doesn't know when to stay in bounds. In most cases, we'd be using those as excuses for a loss. But Heinicke throws 3 TD's and zero INT's, with a decimated offense, against a top ranked defense and potential playoff team, and scores 27 points for the Win.
  5. and we just now officially gained a game towards first place Dallas, FWIW. 3 games behind them, which could turn into 1 game behind them, by sweeping them. We hold Tie-breakers over Carolina, Atlanta, Tampa, and halfway towards a Tiebreaker over the NYG. 3-1 against the NFC South. Only New Orleans beat us from that division. And so far, undefeated in the NFCE.
  6. We are 3-1 against the NFC South And 1-0 in our Division
  7. That's crazy, especially considering the cancer battle through most of the season
  8. But as far as players being out for the year, it doesn't look too bad - again, compared to a lot of other teams. It's nice how the schedule worked out, with the timing of our divisional games, along with the trajectories of each of us : Dallas appears to be on a downward spiral, while we're on an upward trend, and still have 5 divisional games left at year's end. I'm not sayin we're going to catch them, but it's inspiring to see us charging in that direction, and I like our chances at a Wild Card, if we keep this up.
  9. But how much actual injuries have they actually had ? Like compared to other teams. Seems like just a small number of injuries will wreck a Dallas team, while other teams can endure a mountain of injuries and still stay competitive.
  10. They are being had, as we speak. By Colt McCoy !!!
  11. Don't forget we had 3 passing TD's and 27 points without even our 2nd string TE : RSJ. We won with just Bates at TE basically. He didn't put up great stats, but he had a huge, difficult and clutch catch that kept an all-important drive alive. It seems like every week, somebody different on the team, steps up and does that. That's what I love about this team.
  12. I havn't watched much of Philly this year. But they look like they could be a threat. Yes, they've played against some bad teams. But it's still commendable that they've blown out numerous teams. And much of these opponents' scores came in garbage time : 32-6 against Falcons 44-6 against Detroit 30-13 against Denver 40-29 against New Orleans
  13. If our OL would stop dropping like flies, and we ever get some decent pass blocking, I believe we'll see more of those beautiful, well-planted, zippy throws, and less of the off-script/off-balance throws.
  14. McKissic goin against his old team. McKissic compares Heinicke to the QB of his old team that we're facing. Hawks are a shell of their former selves. It's Heini time
  15. Slye scored 9 points. That was the difference in the game, plus a couple Game ball. Ring of Fame.
  16. We are only 2 consecutive wins away from Mediocrity !!!
  17. Even your 3 folded piles of laundry are shaped like a V for Victory formation !
  18. Heinicke played in a total of 2 games last year : Carolina and Tampa Bay. Lost them both. But in back-to-back weeks, he avenges both losses. Both of them against former Super Bowl QB's
  19. Thats TWO HUGE blunders by AG Either one of them could cost the game
  20. That Gibson fumble near the Goal Line is looming even bigger now
