Your argument is without merit. EB will be fired at the end of the season. Playing Brissett (who gives us the best chance to win) to evaluate EB is madness. Nobody wants to evaluate EB and nobody wants to win meaningless games that affect our draft position. Let’s move along to the next silly thing. 😆

It’s hard for me to understand how anyone would object to taking a QB in the first considering the QB desert we have wandered around in for the last thirty years. We are due for some good fortune. I actually think Maye winds up third off the board once the media fawns over Daniels’ athleticism for the next four months. We shall see where we wind up.

It’s weird, but who would’ve thought that a last second loss to The Jets would be the highlight of our season? 😆

This is a ****ty way to end the year, but it’s necessary and the best case scenario for us moving forward. I’m gonna savor these last morsels of suck. 😆

I sincerely hope you’re right. I’ve just watched this guy skate on literally everything and don’t see how they keep him off the ballot in states that matter. I’m hoping for a conviction that sways enough independents to stay with Biden.

It’s toothless because it will be overturned on appeal and will result in nothing. Trump is unfit for office. Anything short of stopping him from being the next president is toothless. I’m not as convinced as some that death by a thousand cuts will do the job.

I’m a huge Howell fan. The only way he was going to survive the regime change (as the starter) was to play so well that anyone with a brain would want to build around him. He hasn’t done that. Is that fair? Absolutely not. Do I still think he can be a top half of the league starter? Yes. Do I think we draft a QB if we pick top 4? I certainly do.

I knew “train wreck” was in the cards this year (it’s been there every year of my life), but it is impressive that we’ve done it in such spectacular fashion. It’s simply stunning how bad we are. Howell is a shell of himself. No way are we passing on a QB in round one. I am disappoint.

Agreed @Rufus T Firefly. If we pick #2 (we won’t but we like sniffing glue on ES 😆) we should take a QB. And that’s coming from the biggest Sam Howell fan on this site.

Flores sued the Dolphins. I don’t think he’ll be our next coach. But I do really like him as a DC. But I doubt he’s our DC either. Honestly, I would love a top flight offensive minded HC and Flores as our super aggressive DC. I’m sick of the bend but don’t break style that still finishes in the toilet.

Allen is a pro. He’s under contract. Is he salty about how the season has gone? Of course he is. We all are. I have a long list of concerns going into the offseason. Allen/Payne/Terry are not on that list. I’ll be surprised if they don’t all stick around.

And then you have guys like Matt LeFleur, who I think is a great offensive coach. He’s developing their young players/receivers. Jordan Love looks legit. And he hired…Joe Barry. So it’s just more complex than being a good offensive mind. Hell, Gruden passed on Wade Phillips to hire Barry….so his trolling feels kinda weak to me. 😆

This is really what it boils down to. I hope they don’t get cute. There’s some really qualified candidates out there with high pedigree. Let’s hope for a home run.

Victory has a thousand fathers. It’ll be interesting to see how the process plays out. I’m really excited to follow along and I trust Harris to make some informed decisions.

I think it’s important that we separate being a coach of a good offensive scheme and being a good HC candidate. They aren’t always the same thing. There’s a lot more to being a HC than just calling the plays.

Ron is out. Not sure how any of you guys can listen to his pressers anymore considering how much you all hate him and how awful we played today. Bunch of masochists on here (duh 😆). I’m certainly disappointed that the season has gone the way it has, I was enjoying watching Sam Howell play. Now it’s hard to even do that. Bright side is that if you’re gonna implode, it’s better to do so in spectacular fashion (boy…we are on a roll there). Let’s hope for a couple of Cardinals victories and for Dallas to be playing for something in our last game. This too shall pass (doubt it).

Cardinals with Kyler Murray playing could win another game for sure.
