  1. Nope he didn't survived Normandy
  2. I have to disagree here, empty stadiums are bad looks for any sports. Especially on TV.
  3. https://www.washingtonpost.com/obituaries/2023/03/03/tom-sizemore-actor-dead/ Was quite sad to read about this. As troubled as he may was, he was great in front of the camera. Somehow I always saw him as the personnification of the US army sergent. RIP Mr Sizemore. 61 is way too young.
  4. That one will make the history books. Definately.
  5. Dare I say Injuries is the most important stat? Having Tom Brady on IR doesn't do you any good.
  6. These threads doesn't have any purpose than going back all those years to list all of our bad trades we had, and that's a long list. Then we debate on which one is the worst, second worst, and so on... Just to end up thinking that all, in all, they're all tied at first... Because we've been that bad at trading.
  7. Thanks for posting this. I still haven't finished reading it, but it's really great to read those behind the doors moves and talks in such tough moments. Thanks for posting that, really.
  8. I know I did some years ago because that's unfair to BHRBN But since it happens in thread that moves way too fast, it's not that much of a deal anyway
  9. For sure I'm interested if Tanya hits dating websites. Just don't tell my wife.
  10. Funny as that's exactly how I read those "Bezos has been barred from bidding". These reports are coming right after Bezos hired someone to look into buying the Commanders. So that really looks like a maneuver to rise the price of the team.
  11. Seems like Dan lowered is trigger price from 7 to 6B. By July, Dan will settle for 5B. Isn't it ironic? Don't you think?
  12. I have some ties hiding here and there for Marjory... Nobody will hear her scream.
  13. I would believe it depends on who says that to him. If it's someone like a Jim Irsay or anybody he doesn't like. Hell yes, he's gonna do it. But if Jerruh went to him to put the deal in place, I believe that could have stunned him And if that's the deal in place, I guess the other owners have stuff that is way more damaging to Dan himself than anything he could ever put in public place. As a whole yes, but I would believe he does have limits too, and his family does have some too also and maybe at times they can take him out of stubborness. But until then, as Lenny Kravitz used to sing: It ain't over until it's over.
  14. How can they be Pro russian and Antiwar? Most Russians actually agree with war in Ukraine, they just complain that they aren't winning it!
  15. Definately yes. And if that happens that will only lower the price of the team more. Investors aren't dumb. They had access to lots of and most bailed out. Even if league rules are tough, that also speaks alot about the state of this franchise. Dan setting the price at 7 Billion is not much him not wanting to sell but more him being delusional as always.
  16. Breos could buy the two teams if he wanted to. Anyway, if what was offered for the team is less than 6B, then I expect Bezos to value this team around this number as well. Dan can ask for 7B as much as he wants to, I don't see any reason why Bezos would offer 7B, if he can tops everyone with 6B. Seems we aren't really done with this story yet as Dan is doing Dan sutff as always. We're going for another few weeks/months of drama with Dan not getting his price and being the laughing stock of the NFL because we still can't be sold correctly.
  17. IMHO, considering the state of the team under Dan Snyder, scandals, inability to win in the long run, stadium going to crumble, low level training facilities, fan exodus and everything else I forgot, I always found it weird that the franchise was valued that high. It seems to be mostly driven by possible value more than anything else. It's been a low tier franchise for a long time, so having us in the top tier when it comes to value is kinda weird. I guess Dan expects this be sold at +7B$ because that's Dan and he still thinks he's smarter than anyone. So I believe he'll be pretty disappointed when final bids will be in. Because possible owners aren't that dumb and aren't gonnaput a 7B bid just to please Dan. They'll take everything into account before bidding. Hell, one possible bidder even went on to buy a NBA franchise, which is somehow also telling. He won't be glad, but if he can sell this team for something between 6 and 6.5B, that would be quite remarkable considering the state of the team right now. And if I'm his counselor, I would advise him to take anything he can muster here, shut the **** up and get out quickly because that's the best outcome for him. Not selling now and keeping on this track, with all scandals and stuff will only do one thing: lower the price of the franchise.
  18. I probably would too. But I believe if Dan gets 6.5B at best from Bezos, NFL will force Dan's hand to force the sell.
  19. I would say that both aren't exclusive. He could buy them after selling the team.
  20. I guess if the USAF really wanted to have it down they would have already done it, probably over Alaska, or worked something done with Canada. I don't bite the story they weren't aware of it until someone posted pics of it. I don't bite the story they cannot shoot it down, when it's just a ****ing ballon. Put a bullet in it, and it'll fall vertically, this stuff has no horizontal speed. So that would be easy to do. I guess the USAF is working on a way to get that balloon and the stuff in it just to see the level chinese are at spy games. And get as many info as possible. Recovering it without destroying it seems to be easier said than done. But since someone posted pics about it, US govt had no other choice to show muscles to embarass China, because well, using a ****ing spy balloon is ****ing amateurish nowadays...
  21. If you want to get rid of the tower, look toward laptops + dock where you can plug keyboard/mouse and a way better screen or two. Works the same, but takes less place. And should not cost much in the end, but I would still recommend to stay away from any chinese product.
  22. Very sad to read that. RIP Mr. Beathard.
  23. Full blown insanity started in 1999. It's funny how people think this just started last year and that Putin was a nice guy before that. He never was and never will. Give her a one way ticket to Russia.
  24. I believe his point was that the new owner would have been installed anytime during this year, and early january he names his GMs and then we roll with that and completly cut ties with Dan's era, because 2023 won't matter much as a new owner will cut everyone out of this misery that this team is.
